I personally play on console and I feel like the players on there are way more consistent with skill. I always see streamers just finding the easiest people and then maybe a few good players in a lobby. I’m sure it’s because a controller is easier to handle but does anyone else agree?

Remember his youtube Videos only show his wins, not losses. Look at his Twitch stream and you will see he gets killed from time to time. I also play on Ps4, and I've tried PC. It's really no difference in the skill.

Somewhat true. I'm using a PC-gaming monitor because my TV didnt have enough HZ and the MS lag was too high, so specs also matter on console :) Well, atleast the monitor specs.
