In this video we try all the NEW FOOD at Universal Studios Orlando! There are several new food items in the parks right now including some new Universal Passholder Appreciation food to try! Food related tip. If possible, use the app to order your food. We saved about 30 minutes at Today Cafe by placing the order ahead of time. And we saved (easily) over an hour over in the Simpsons area when we ordered via app avoiding the line out the door. Ordered and 5 min later picked up the food at the mobile order counter. We couldn't believe how many people were on that food court line and DID NOT use the app.

The mobile ordering is a great way to save some time! We love to use it if we think ahead enough lol. We had a team member tell us at thunder falls that it would save 30+ minutes that day!

@@ThePughTwo That was the beauty when my daughter wanted fish and chips over in Simpsons. We saw a line that was likely an hour long and I was about to tell her to think of something else she wanted when I thought to use the app and see how long the wait was. I put her order in and immediately clicked the "I'm here" button. We waited maybe 5 minutes. Which is why I can't believe people in that long line didn't bother to check that option. I've done the same at Chipotle here in NYC if the line is crazy LOL

@@ThePughTwo I certainly will let yall know. Last October, my daughter and I got a crepe from that crepe place near ratatouille in Epcot. I got the chocolate one. I love chocolate but that just wasn't good. Not being terribly up and crepes, I felt it wasn't fully cooked as I thought it should have been. It seemed too doughy. But I didn't know. I actually just remembered as I typed this. Back in the 80s my wife and I ate at a seafood restaurant in Panama City Beach. The restaurant burned down and isn't there any longer. But I remember I had some seafood crepes and they were really good. So maybe I should reiterate, the crepe I had at Epcot wasn't good and that gave me a less than favorable opinion about crepes. But I will try the pork carnita on our next trip to Universal. Hopefully yall will be there and maybe we will run up on yall and say hello.

It's right there in the road where the floats come out of the gaits between cafe la bamba and the horror make-up show entrance. It kind of makes a square with those two buildings and Mel's. We hate that it's not on the map, but it's the little green hut on the left before you head down the shaded pathway to Simpson's. I hope this helps! lol

I get all HP/WW food obsessed. Maybe if I went more frequently I'd expand to the UOAP Food options. Was there in September disappointed by Mythos and Lombards. Cowfish & Toothsomes were delicious.

We love eating in those areas too! We really don't visit the sit down restaurants very often because we're usually pressed for time, but we're surprised you had bad experiences at those two! The citywalk restaurants are pretty reliable, though!

I think it took us about 30 minutes! They're made to order, so they can check people out quicker than they can get them made. We wish Universal would hire a few more team members to help out over there!
