Sakura can't fill tsunade place unfortunately. She's not a true insta caster but if you still wanna use her then use new lb first👍

You need that dragon installation which protects installations from jutsu. Only normal punches can destroy it. The lvl 3 water pad was a Sam reward, must wait till they release it in medal exchange shop

Light is better than Sakura yes. Saku can maybe help out those that don't have Light. Countering madara... there's no concrete way as his Ex is very fast and has a long animation. It depends on how far the enemy stands and pre casts his Ex + how good your final 4 ai responds in that particular match. Tsunade v1 has countered alot of Madara's for me/not all but alot couz her heal is instant and fast, without her it's very hard. Kawkai isn't really final 4 ai potential anymore couz his Ai has gotten worse😢. Stl, klm and Sakura depending is meta still yes asweel as tsunade. You need to test and find what works for you/your combo via your replays

My opinion so far, she's good/decent but not a must Summon. If you lack light, she may be able to help you in terms of light but it also depends on who you pair her up with. She's "Not" a true insta caster like Tsunade which is disappointing. For my final, I only need and want a true insta caster who can replace Tsunade so saku isn't a must for me but again... she's good depending on your final strategy and what you need. My close friends who I trust also seem to go back and add Tsunade "With" Sakura because Sakura alone isn't enough against most pre cast entries + she doesn't react to gate crash like Nagato so yeah.. maybe other people will have different opinions
