Has the community worked out whether Yunli or Herta are better for Jade's skill? On the one hand, when Herta procs it, she generally gives a ton of stacks, but Yunli is likely to proc her counter so often. I'm not sure which is more efficient in terms of generating FUAs.
I would say it really comes down to what you are up against. Rapid enemies spawn like Pure Fiction or Cirrus then targeting Herta would be better otherwise I would say target Yunli instead.
