New Funkin' Chart Editor Teaser! 

The chart editor having a HUGE upgrade and the way it looks from the images is definitely a funkin' masterpeice. Also, i like now it has a song for the editor instead of it being silent while charting.

Even though the updates are taking an unbearably long time I'm just glad we're getting small progress updates

FINALLY! The team is starting to make good on their promises, as well as giving ACTUAL updates. The new chart editor is definitely gonna make it easier for new modders to practice their skills, and possibly allow for new mods to come out, even faster!

I'm just glad we got some news bruh like damn, the devs should really try to give more frequent uptades, even if it's very small ones, so people wouldn't worry

I bet this chart editor would be better than Psych Engine's once I'm finished with it! This looks so amazing! I mean, other FNF engines can have their very own custom chart editor, but I'll take it for the update!

They are definitely going to release the update soon, no doubt about it! I now believe that, in all honesty, the ones who were wrong were us for being so impatient.

I've played probably over a hundred mods now. Edited charts I don't like or making new ones for songs that don't have em is a lot of fun. Looking forward to FNF full game and the potential modding potential afterwards!

As someone who tried messing with the chart editor, I gotta say god that looks way better

Imma be real - on one end, I think this is a great leap in quality. A background song while you’re charting, separate visualizers, optimized functionality; it’s awesome. Bit on the other hand… it looks like they just remade ArrowVortex from scratch but for FNF. And this is coming from an FNF charter of three years. Though I may be a bit biased, I used arrowvortex for finding out bpm 😅

finally a content creator that doesn't go and make doom-bait thumbnails to make people think something bad happened to fnf, your a real one. 👍

I havent been majorly obsessed with fnf for a while, but it at least seems like the devs are getting there shit together. Im glad to see it and it gave me just a little more hope in these guys

Very good video. Touched up on nearly everything in a neat and brisk manner. Though there are a few other things to note about Ninjamuffin's screenshot. 1. Erect and Nightmare are likely just the two difficulties for the ERECT Remixes. PhantomArcade had pondered if the ERECT Remixes should have multiple difficulties, so it's the most likely possibility. This can be further proven by the function allowing you to disable one of the groups of difficulties. The only reason break them off by group rather than disabling individual difficulties is that they account for two different songs, a standard, and erect variant. 2. If you look on the left, you'll see a bunch of drafts for 2Hot's chart. However, if you look closely, you can see that one of them is labelled "2Hot Guns Only". This would imply that we are finally getting mechanics in the update.

Wow! The chart editor looks really impressive! It even looks better than psych engine's features or other community options. Personally, I can't wait for the Funkin devs to release the V-Slice update!

As I have been waiting for this for a long time, now where vocals and instrumentals are present separately in the songs, you can adjust them to the notes, which means that whoever creates the charter will have less work, since even he does not feel the rhythm can make an almost perfect schedule for the songs. In which version of Psych engine is it worth expecting an update. I'd rather try it out.

So, this means that the full ass game is coming soon. I won’t be surprised if the release schedule will be around 2025 - 2030. As long as they are 100% on everything, that’s awesome. Even though we are excited to play the game now, we have to wait, and continue playing those cool ass mods we have available, like Whitty, Tricky, and Mid Fight Masses, to name a few, and those mods I just listed, I also want in the full ass game, assuming they are adding a select few amount of mods into the full ass game. I can’t wait to hear the updates that I’m assuming, will release later this year, that will feature at least feature the release year planned for the full ass game. Until then, this has been my two added cents to the comment section. Have a wonderful day

Gee, a chart editor which we've already seen before somewhere else. It shouldn't have taken this long for something like this. Sure, it's progress, but we should be getting a lot more for this amount of time. The fandom is sadly carrying this game too hard and if the updates don't get up to snuff, the fans might put this game down for a little. But hey, it's still an update I guess.
