I just love how realistic you are about buying a new home. Some youtubers make a move in video and then the next day “fully furnished tour!” But you have been taking us step by step the process, updating us constantly, even the little things!!! We love you!!!

Call them and maybe they can send you another Cushion. Take a picture of the spot where the sticker was and one with the sticker on the spot too. I'm sure they'll send you a replacement 👍❤️

Canadian here too , totally agree , the dirt and who knows what being tracked onto carpet and floors .... yuk , shoes off at the door please 😂 everyone I know does that , when u go to someone’s house , always take your shoes off after entering , even if they say u don’t have to ..... ya just do 👍, raised that way !

Brandi Lee. Well they have 2 dogs so what will shoes do thats worse then dogs lol. I know what u mean tho we never have our shoes on I could not imagine that period. We are super clean and I wash my carpet twice a year in the areas I have carpet. No pets either tho we would love to have cats again as we did in Ottawa before moving to Washington state.

@@carrieleitch7926 I agree 100% also Canadian here but we live in Usa now. We miss our 2 cats so much but we had to give them up because they couldn't make the trip from Ottawa to Washington state. We are still dipressed about it since we had two little brothers cats since they were 4 weeks. Now we don't. But we would never have dogs in our house. I do love dogs just not in the house

Another fun idea for couch pillows is to buy pillow cases from amazon! That way you don't own a million pillows and can have a different vibe each season

I think you should move the one couch away from the wall. Place a sofa table behind it. Also, move the couch away from the window and run it horizontally as you enter the room.

Oh my goodness!! They are beautiful!!! They look just like the cloud couches!!! They are so perfect!!! Just a thought.. you could put the smaller couch against the blank wall next to your other couch amd put some chairs that you may like under the window. Pull the couch away from the wall and put a long narrow table behind it. Then put some cool lamps on that. And on the that wall put a big round mirror or two big round mirrors above the table. Just a thought. I also wanted to tell you to look on offer up and type in only "restoration hardware" and see if you can find a coffee table there. I found big Anthropologie mirror that I love on offer up. And for some reaseon its not like craigslist? The people we have encountered have been so nice and helpful! Give it a try! You will be surprised!

Love the couches!. I definitely think you should find an over sized square cocktail table for the middle. That's just one more area to decorate and style with table books or great little decorative pieces and holiday decor. I cant wait to see it all come together with the bookshelves styled and the TV mounted.

Love your new "adult" couches....LOL....... I loved it when you said that! Been there done that! The fiber that came off with the tape should NOT have happened. I would call them and make them aware as if it starts to loose the integrity of the fabric there it should not be on you! They should stand up for their product. Love your home. Also I would just trade the cracked glass frame back into Target, I am sure they will exchange it. Good store policy! I am so enjoying all your updated decor. I can't wait to see the bathroom when it's done and the brass is going to knock it out of the park! Love it! Were the couches already Scotch Guarded or fabric protected in some fashion? You should pull your couches off the wall and bring them closer together that way there’s not such a big gap in the middle of the room where your coffee table will be it also makes the room look more put together when you have at least a foot of room behind the couch and wall and that way your curtains won’t be so squished if you choose to put any up

I’m 5’1 and I don’t think my feet would even hang over the edge of the couches. 😂 I love that in my own home but I kind of hate it when I’m visiting someone. Anyway, in a few years or even a decade when the fabric on the couches wears, I would just get them reupholstered.

i love your picture frame wall! the only problem i see are that the frames from walmart are a pure white and the frames from target have more of an off white matting. this would bother the heck out of me, especially because they’re right on top of each other. your house is coming together so well!! :)

That color of the couches is definitely taupe which is a good thing, because gray can be too cool and uninviting, and that color is warm, cozy and modern.

Good job adulting on those sofas! And you are right, those pillows look very similar to the ones you liked at the mall! And they seem to be a good size to use pillow covers over too! There's tons of good pillow covers on Amazon, some better quality than others, but soo much cheaper and more sustainable than buying tons of pillows, a crime I'm all too guilty of! xD Love the little trees in the entryway too, it looks perfect!

Definitely call about the cushion. For the price you paid, that should never happen! I have had trouble with West Elm furniture/rugs being delivered with defects or issues like that.
