Regarding lack of space in your kitchen Toni, one of those acrylic worktop things gives loads more space if you put it on top of the hob, it's amazingly great and so helpful! I went from 8st 2lbs to over 12st from lockdown until now. There is absolutely nothing in my wardrobe that fits except the camouflage stuff I've been buying to cover me up it is so depressing. On top of that I am not active due to having a heart diagnosis and also a terminal lung disease plus I broke my hip as well so I feel very stuck. My downfall is Lidl's choc almond lollipops!!! I always enjoy your videos and look forward to them, I have watched them from when you first started!

Ahh love I feel your pain. I was the same with lock down and managed to shift a little over 2 stone in 2022 and I felt great for it. I followed slimming world and it really did help but it’s crept back on and I too have dressed to accommodate the extra weight! I think when the weather warms up it really gives us an incentive to eat well and we can have all the salads and fruit and need stodgy foods to warm us up lol. I hope you’re doing ok love you take it easy and don’t be worrying as long as you’re ok then that’s all that matters really. ❤️ xxx

You look amazing I’m 58 on wed I was always a size 6 to 8 all of a sudden this year I put belly fat on omg don’t feel like me but I’m embracing it I like my cake to much and life is to short I do tummy pulls ext but I’m not going to get obsessed with my size I’m happy to be alive xxyou are such a lovely person you really are enjoy your garden xxxx

Love seeing a new video pop up. Love the 3 pictures you have on your bedroom wall, loved them when I seen them in your old house, may I ask where you had them from please? I’ve tried looking for them/ similar but unsuccessful x Love a Victoria sponge 😊 I used to make them slightly healthier if there is such a thing 😂 by using wholemeal flour instead of white flour. Makes me want to make another one now 🤣 xx

Toni I literally went from a size 10 in trousers to a size 14 within a couple of months of getting ibs I had to throw away so many pairs of jeans and trousers I look pregnant now I have bought elasticated waist trousers and joggers anything for comfort..my Buddha tum will just not go down 😮

I have also gained weight, mine always goes round my belly as well! Think that’s menopause and getting older! Always used to be a size 10-12 now a 14. Have had alot of stress in my life and that makes me eat! I too have a along history of heart disease and strokes in my family ☹️. You have a lovely figure Toni. I love that garden set ❤ shame I don’t have a garden 😂 I live in leggings Toni, they r lethal, u just don’t realise how much weight u put on 🤦‍♀️😂 I’m calorie counting and I’ve lost 7lbs over the last two weeks so I’m pretty plsd with myself 😊 that cake omg I wouldn’t even slice it I’d just tackle it with a spoon 😂😂😂

I lost weight during chemo went down too 8 stone 4lbs ,since I have been radiotherapy I have went up too 9 stone 1 ,I have been living in joggers and jumpers and choc fingers are my downfall,need too buy some jeans and stop eating biscuits,have a week of radiotherapy left ,xx

I hope it all goes well for you. I really do wish you well. And well done on your journey of recovery. I had a mastectomy to my right breast and reconstruction using my stomach tissues and now on hormonal treatment. During my recovery, I loved tracksuits, big jumpers, and leggings. I lived in trainers too, and now I'm on the road to recovery and ..getting back into my jeans. It's a good feeling, but it all takes time.

Dressed with your sweat top that you have on you would look smarter than 😊95% of London residents. Don't worry, just wear anything comfortable. So what if the jeans do not fit.

Glad you had a great trip. Don't worry about the extra layer of fat! We're all the same. Guess coming the warmer weather, a little more outdoor gardening and carry on the walks and it really helps with the weight. That's the trouble too with baking cakes!
