Anisuzzaman Rony I don't think it is much of a problem in the case of shampoos. But in certain commodities, there should be a seal or some kind of packaging to protect the product. In case of shampoos, I don't think you need to worry because I have seen shampoo bottles without any seal or packaging many times and in different shops. It should not be a problem. But yes, please open the top cap to see if there are any signs of the shampoo already been taken out before.
