As a retired teacher I know your kids' teachers appreciate your thoughtfulness. Used to start my patriotic decor for Memorial Day and leave it up through Flag Day and then take it down after July 4th.

Oh I forgot to say that when my kids gave up their naps I replaced the nap with “quiet time”. They all went into their bedrooms for about an hour and could play with toys or listen to a book on cd or just look at books. Some of them fell asleep when they needed the extra sleep. It was a way to still give me some quiet time during the day and I think it is a skill that kids really need to learn. How to entertain themselves

You may have already tried this crock pot recipe but it is one of our favorites-Italian Shredded Beef. 1-1 1/2 pound beef roast, 2 packages dry brown gravy, 2 packages dry Italian Dressing and 2 cups water. Add everything to the crock pot, cook on high for 5-6 hours and shred beef (usually just falls apart) , Serve on rolls-can add a slice of cheese if you want. So easy and so good!

Great video, I always enjoy seeing my alerts from RU-vid that your video is up♥️♥️Happy Friday!! I’m heading to Hobby Lobby tomorrow…yesss….can’t wait. The flippy little signs are adorable. I have a easy crockpot recipe that is my go to. I use this for tacos, tostadas, nachos or even in burritos. 2-3 chicken breasts In a small bowl add: 1 can chicken broth 1 can Rotel 1 packet taco seasoning Mix Pour over chicken Cook on High for 4-5 hours Shred Add some lime juice if you’d like. And there you go. So easy & taste so good. Hope you try this.

I’ve never had a Goo Goo cluster candy bar (now I need too😆) but I used to get Goo Goo Cluster ice cream. It was my favorite! It’s been years and years now since I’ve had it and had completely forgotten about it until you mentioned the candy bar. The crockpot recipe looked good, as well as several in the comments!! Enjoyed the trip to Hobby Lobby wit the twins. The recipe looks delicious. This is a recipe we enjoy and you may also: 2 chicken breast,16 oz bottle of Olive Garden Italian dressing,8 oz cream cheese, box of penne pasta. Spray crockpot with Pam. Place in the chicken and pour whole bottle of dressing over them. Lay cream cheese on top and cook 4 hours on high or 6 on low. Remove chicken and shred using two forks. Return to sauce and add cooked pasta. Stir altogether.Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if desired. Hope y’all like it.

I currently have Blissy pillow cases on my bed and they are beyond ready to be replaced. I ordered the sateen cases from Brooklinen today. I got 4 pillow cases and their laundry detergent for the price of 2 Blissy. We'll see how they compare.

Oh we LOVE the creamy tortellini soup but we add Italian mild sausage and I have used heavy creamy a couple of times when didn't have cream cheese. So good. Also sure if you have made the Mississippi roast in the crockpot. Oh my goodness! So good. You are so lucky. A nice quiet Hobby Lobby. No matter when I go it is packed. Going to look at towels as refreshing our master bath. Have a Happy Memorial Day !.

Hi Crystal! Your hair looks great! Typically, I have always tried to decorate for Memorial Day but did not happen this year! I'm still trying to pot my plants! I have been busier at work more than I've ever been and with all the rain I just keep missing the "dry spells" where I can get outside!. Now they are predicting afternoon showers on Saturday (which wasn't forecasted earlier) and I just threw up my hands! LOL . Anyhow, maybe you will inspire me....I have a ton of patriotic decor! Charlie and the boys are so cute....those buckets on their heads, which of course they thought was a real hoot! So funny! Charlie is getting so big and he certainly likes to play! Have a great Holiday weekend with the family!

This isn't a crackpot meal but it is a super easy and yummy soup. It's called Busy Day Soup. 1 can Ranch Style Beans- 3 cans Minestrone soup- 1 can Rotel tomatoes- I lb. ground beef. Brown and drain meat. Dump everything into a pot. Add 2 cans water and DONE! Make some cornbread( I prefer Jiffy) and chow down! Let me know ow if you try it and how it went over with the family!
