Shayla, leave it in light for a while. The longer it's left in light the longer it will glow. If you need it to glow quickly shine a bright flashlight on it for a moment then turn off the lights. Either way once it's charged with some light it should glow in the dark.
This vinyl is giving me nightmares. I cut it in my cricut, placed it in my plastic cup and sit it outside for a few hours. Brought it inside at sundown and it’s still not glowing. I have 90 of these to do and I’m freaking out 😢 Please help w activation?
