Depending on what you’re using it for, that’s a tough decision. I sacrificed space for quantity since I’m usually gone for an extended period of time and I like the freezer option for when I’m fishing. I can use my food saver with my yeti and throw the fish right into the freezer for when I make it back home.

I ordered one and temps fluctuate a lot. I have it set to 35 and it goes up to 47

Yes I sent mine back and got a replacement and that one does the same thing. It also gets colder than the set temp too.

Paired with a Yeti 3000. I’ve gone camping while powering the Alta 80, lights, Keurig, electric blankets and charging my devices and still had plenty of power left for a three day weekend. Only consumes power when the compressor is on. Usually pulls about 40ish watts for the short time the compressor is on. It’s pretty quiet too.

I’m using it right now actually. It’s heavy and bulky, but I love having it. Ive had to use it during some power outages on top of all the camping excursions. The temperature fluctuates a few degrees warmer and colder than the set temperature though. I wish it would stay at the set temperature, but it hasn’t caused any issues yet.
