This is honestly way better than endeavors, I'd much rather grind crown gems from free crates with a chance to get something rare than to grind endeavors for almost an entire year just to get ONE item.

I agree with your criticisms - largely reskins and things that have already been in the crown store. Very unimaginative imo. I also am not a fan of them not being constantly in the game. I wouldn’t want a battle pass for the game unless it completely replaced the gambling crown crates - I’d prefer neither. Happy to see them adding more rewards into the game that are earnable, though, finally

I bought thurvokun arms pack couple months ago then they gave it away for free couple weeks back 2500 crown down the drain, it’s good they give stuff away for free but if you get the timing wrong you can waist real money, I like the new system hopefully it has some way of getting us back in to old zones also, as long as they don’t remove endeavours and replace it with this

Golden Pursuits looks interesting. My guess is that the prizes you saw on the PTS were placeholders, and the real rewards will be a mix of new and old items. And I'm gonna be the bad guy for a minute here and say that if some of the prizes end up being old crown store items that you already own, you shouldn't take it too hard. You apparently loved that item enough to shell out real money for it. You had it for so much longer than some other people did (for some players it's going to be completely new). It may be offered for free now, but that just means you get the week off lol. You don't have to bust your ass doing Golden Pursuits like everyone else, unless perhaps you want some of the secondary prizes. However, I would totally be in favor of players getting a consolation prize if the reward is a repeat for them, like Seals of Endeavor or Crown Gems, or maybe even a couple free crates.

Thx for the update. If someone has the collectable they should offer crown gems in its place. Lets say thr Mount would cost 1200 gems, giving 400 would be fair because at least you can get some stuff with 400. No way would they give full value, but a 1/3 i could see

I think they are trying to make a battle pass. Due to new in game currency laws. That's going in a couple of months. In 39 countries in the Eu, including the UK. No clue if USA is also implementing this law. Basically there are loads of new laws coming based around loot crates and currency. Like eso crowns and v-bucks. 😂😅

I don't mind going into PVP ...I am not good at it but I don't mind lol. I just wish they would put new mounts and cosmetics in the old content and say lets go make a new char and have at it. I also would wish they would go back and change some of the older delves to make them more unique and interesting.

Being mad about a company giving something away for 2 weeks for something you already owned for god knows how long its silly. Now if it was something thats giving away for free forever like Vvanderfell, and the Imperial City dungeon after you already payed for them then it is understandably rage inducing.

The fact that some Endeavors really suck makes me expect some of these will suck. Like forcing us into Tails of Tribute or Infinite Archive, for example.

It is a welcome adddition as long as it is free. Although... ZOS is adding battlepass with it aren't they?

Can someone give me some good set ideas? Ones that are "easy" to get? I'm not good enough to go to the big bad dungeons or the cydrodill areas.. I'm having a lot of trouble finding the best sets and then having the right skills. ....and then having human skill lol

I wont be able to get back on eso on my prototype platinum x2 xbox since helene wiped out my power and cable on the 27th my powes back but the cable wont be fixed till Saturday

I'm more worried that this is the slippery slope towards a paid battle pass.

It is a neat idea, but honestly there's too many things, it's gotten to the point you spend all your play time just trying to get your dailies done, writs, randoms, endeavors, zone dailies, and now this.

I think all of this is pretty good, gambling on crates is what makes me mad. WoW allows you to at least pick the cool store mount you want in their online shop. In ESO, you pay but it's not guaranteed youll get the thing you want. So seals of endeavour and this new system are very welcome.

Loyalty program that requires you to do chores before you can shop at that store. Always causes me fomo and playing content i hate, causing burntout and quitting lol. Already have like an hour of chores already each day and i dont do writs. But hey free stuff and thank zos it isnt always on. I pray the rewards are bad enough so i can ignore them.

I really hope it doesn't turn out to be a requirement to complete the Pursuit(s) to do a PvP thing. I loathe PvP and absolutely refuse to do ANYTHING involving that even if it costs me Seals completion for that day/week. Some of us are quite happy to only do PvE, so don't penalize us for it. If I wanted to do PvP, I'd go to Imperial City (or another game entirely) to do that. It wounds my completionist heart to not have all the skyshards and achievements in Imperial City but I can't move past my utter loathing of PvP so it'll remain forever untouched on all my characters.
