Hi Nanny! The colour red really suits you very well. My eyelash mascara use to stick to my lids and I would get black marks under my brow bone. Now that I use a setting spray, I don't have that problem. We don't focus on your eyelashes but on your radiant smile. 🙂♥

I purge a lot as if I don't wear something in a year it usually goes to charity. I do not buy at charity shops as I am blessed with enough. I like to pass things on to those who can not pay a lot for new things and need them. I really like the creamy white sweater and it looks so nice on you.

Hi Nanny. I love your thrift items. I have to get better at going. I have an eye trick that might work. Put some concealer on your lids as a primer. Not a lot. Just enough to cover eye area. Then use translucent powder over that. It sets your eye area before shadow and liner. It also makes a really nice base your your shadows and takes away the oil. It works great. Nanny please don't fret about a little mascara gone awry. . What you see in the magnifying mirror is really not noticeable to us. I marvel at how beautiful your skin and makeup are and I love that you cook and hit the bargain shops and share with all of us. I lost my husband of 56 year about 20 months ago so I love and envy the closeness that you and Moosie share. I'm 75 and pray that God will keep me as he has you into my eighties. Loved your treasures, black eye and all! I love that you use your makeup and keep yourself up. I have learned to use an oil free eye makeup remover, allow it to dry and then actually use a powder puff on my dry lashes before I do my mascara. I find a tubing mascara works better for me. We love you for who you are and your Beaty and lovely self!😊

Nanny, please don't concern yourself with mascara on your eye lid . Mine have done that since I started wearing mascara in my late teens. I finally started wearing waterproof, and use ponds cleaning cream to remove . I think you are beautiful. God Bless You, and Moosie!

Don't you worry about the black running under your eyes. We have all been there. I don't pay any attention to it. LOL I love all the clothing you showed us. I love how you decorated your fireplace for Valentine's day.

Purging is hard when you love all your clothing. My advice would be hang it up either the hanger facing the back of after a few weeks it is still facing backwards means you haven’t worn it so bite the bullet and donate it. Love ya!
