बात का बतंगड़। थाना डाक से की गई शिकायतों को स्वीकार नहीं करता है। किसी को पुलिस स्टेशन जाना पड़ता है, या अधिकांश राज्यों में पहले से ही ऑनलाइन सिस्टम के साथ फाइल करना पड़ता है।
❤Sir मैं अंडे की ठेली लगता हूं और पुलिस वाले ने मेरे पर 283 का FIR करदिया था और चालान काट दिया था corona के समय जिसमे 0-200 का fine होता है लेकिन 11/12/2021 में लोक अदालत में मुझे जज साहब ने माफ कर दिया था और उसका ऑर्डर भी है मेरे पास और case status disposed दिखाई देता है। और सर मेरा सिलेक्शन हुआ है रेलवे में तो क्या सर मेरी नौकरी चली जायेगी क्योंकि अभी ज्वाइनिंग लेटर आया नही है आने वाला है। आपसे हाथ जोड़कर विनती है किरपा करके मेरी मदद करे। क्या attestation form में ये बताना जरूरी होगा।

सरजी आप जीस सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस जजमेंट की बात कर रहे हैं, ऊस जजमेंट को पुरा पडा है उसमें Crpc 154 (1) और 154 (3) का उल्लेख तो है लेकिन ऊस में क्लीअर नही किया गया के 154 (3) में SP, और कमिशनर का कोई उल्लेख नही है.

Sir, Police Station does not accept any complaint sent under a post rather complainant has to appear in person to lodge a complaint , postal documents are most of times ignored and it delays registration of an FIR as against any of alleged offence..
Sir, please clarify as to which section of Crpc says you can file FIR with the police through Speed Post or RPAD. Ofcourse you can file Online FiR with the police.

After retirement I am residing in Ganganagar. My head of office is in Jaipur. For unlawful deeds of Depriving me from several claims by Head of Office, can I file FIR u/s 166 and 166(a) at place of my residence (Ganganagar) or do I need to go Jaipur for filing FIR against Head of Office (Jaipur).
FIR is not registered under Sec 166, rather this section is used for conducting search by a Police Officer of another area. For FIR, irrespective of where the offence has been committed, you can file an FIR anywhere. It is called Zero FIR. You go to your local police station and ask him to register an FIR for offence committed in another area. Your area's Police officer will then request the Police officer of area where the offence was committed to register FIR and proceed for investigation.
@@meesammir35 at grassroot level law enforcement is being done by the Police Department. Irrespective of if it is Criminal matter or Civil matter when Law is not obeyed then Police investigate if the law has been violated or not, then accordingly Police submit the case for trial before civil court. As per section 166 of CPC if any Government Official act against or violates the established civil law for inflicting any injury to any of his subordinate or public person, such Govt Official is punishable u/s 166 of IPC. such matters for investigation have to be reported to police by filing FIR (First Investigation Report) on which police investigate and if Law Violation is found then Police submit the report to trial court for further trial and decision by Court. I just asked that can I report to police about civil Law violation by my controlling officer for inflicting injury to me at police Station of my residence or Do I need to report the police at place/city of my office ? Reporting to police can be done by filing FIR (first investigation report) by the victim. FIR is the only means to submit report before police by the victim for further investigation and prosecution irrespective of the law violation is in the matter of criminal offence or civil matter. Section 166 is non-cognizable offence, I know it. . Its amazing for you are saying FIR can not be filed under section 166 of IPC. I think in your opinion FIR can be filed only in criminal case, this is wrong. Please update and improve your knowledge about civil procedures. Its amazing that you did give wrong comments about legal procedure even after being legal expert. Plz do never bluff by the name of expert legal advise.

Police hardly takes any FIR, during emergency no police takes a FIR. So when tbere is a attempt to murder case ill have to wait to make an affidavit to losge a FiIR complaint .... What non sense
