there has been suggestions to change that

Runners are new infected, shamblers, barrels, and zappers are old infected

I think it kinda makes sense. Sappers are literally just the zombie counterpart of our own sappers, while military personal I think would be faster and stronger so quick to pin you down so it makes sense to turn them into runners.

Whit the runner,like get 7 keys and you have to press all them in 5-4 seconds,it will be difficult but you could escape from a secure death If theres 2 runners youre dead

It's both sound and screen gui, the rednese comes from the screen gui, the wide black lines on the bottom and below are a "cinematic mode" or something like that, and the screen moving is also because of a certain script moving the player's camera, and the sounds are ambiance and some spooky music the developers probably made. (this is only for educational purposes and do not intend to start any argument)

The only new things are the little jumpscare sound when you get grabbed by 1 zombie and "eaten alive" (aka the old infected song) plays during the grab
