Cozy, even if you are living next to Drunk Man. Bonus points that you don't need to move all of your belongings or pay weekly rent like you did with the last in-town apartment mod. This would also be super useful while you're doing the haybale job. When I did that job playing stock MSC, I brought the sofa and the bowl grill in the tractor flat bed (and the Jonnez), and just crashed at Jokke's pad.

actually a good mod, the apartment isnt massive and there is reasons why you shouldnt buy it, which makes it better in my opinion. the garage being small makes sense for a tiny apartment too, overall might download the mod

The mod does not have a way to disable the shadows, this causes it to crash, the support with the mop is bad.
