@@greenlivina749 so one camera to see 25 miles? That is a big task but we have this model that is much more suited to that range specsheets.dvs.co.uk/DS-2DYH2A0IXS-DT2.pdf
Exciting new product. Can you please do a night-time performance video comparing this TandemVu PTZ to the older Darkfighter X PTZ? I am very curious to see the performance of both main PTZ cameras side by side in poorly lit environments
Thanks for chasing the mossies away from my place! Also congrats on the acquisition, hope your content stays great! Not many others are as detailed as you.
Hi there, I'm looking to buy this camera for a project, but the one thing I'm unsure of is what kind of power cable it requires? If you could let me know so I can move ahead with my plans that would be wonderful! Thanks!
@@InfiniteSpaceMedia he mentioned it comes with an adapter that supplies 36 volts DC. The data sheet for this camera mentions its powered by 36VDC. HiPOE is not mentioned as a method of powering it. Max power use with demister, lights on for both channels, and wiper active, is 70 watts. The HiPOE standard allows for maximum 100 watts of power over ethernet cable. So technically it could be powered this way but it seems the manufacturer hasn't supported it. Therefore it'll likely need a mains outlet fairly close to the camera or mains extension installed to reach the camera adapter.
Make sure cables are out of the way.. the slam the camera back so if cables are not out of the way you damage them. To make sure slam it a few more times
have a nice day dome night ds-2de7a432ıw-aeb(t5) night. Does this model camera have a night color image mode? It has the Darkfighter feature, thank you.
Say for example, this was mounted 3m high. How many metres would be unmonitored by the panoramic camera? I am interested in installing these for perimeter security but I am worried about the area that will be unmonitored.
it can only track one object at a time, you can play around with the settings but in general it tries to track the initial object of trigger, but this can be very hard to achieve , which is why it doesn’t fit in every scenario 😊
if it’s the model shown on the video , the smart tracking between panovu and PTZ is not currently supported , just smart tracking from the PTZ itself 😊
@@DVSLTD btw...haven't you tried to link PTZ module with a radar? It could be a way to make a "fake" linkage between panorama and PTZ. Furthermore there would be a profit in a distance of 120m for human detection/150m for cars.
