Hi. Thanks for watching! When it lights up blue, that is the pilot light which stays on to indicate that it is charging. When it is finished charging, the pilot light goes off.

though I really do followed the instruction but I'm afraid if i could possibly break it

@@mayjoy9342 Hey. Just lay it flat facing you, hold lower end down firm with one hand, next, use other hand to squeeze both upper sides in gently at the little handles, then lift cover up slowly.

How to refill paper on it?

@@franklinomac8918 Hey! Open the compartment by squeezing in the little handles at the side. Take out old and insert new paper roll with the paper coming out from the underside.

@@erikabott8444 In the app, choose the Graphic Editing option instead of Photo Printing. This will allow you to select your picture from your album, then you select text to add your message to it.
