A tape found laying on the ground outside Fazbear's Frights. Recorded 16/06/98 Voice Actors: @Soundbox3214 as Michael Afton @poketoons7 as Evan Afton #fnafvhs #losttapes
It will be so cool to have a Found Footage Official FNAF Game, you people would make amazing level designers for it... My point is there's a lot of potential to go back and slowly develop the 70's-80's-90's FNAF timeline with proper voice acting, writing and such! I hope someone at the Official Studio decides to make this at some point, with proper actors, a decent budget and decent writing..
Love how Michael isn't scared of the corpse in a suit he's just like "No way smh" Same thing to talking to his dead brother doesn't even question that just goes along with it Absolutely sounds like an Afton
I love how you connected this tape to the previous one with Jonathan. It really creates a story to get connected with rather than just a bunch of random tapes. As always this was also really well produced too, keep up the amazing work!
Fazbear's Fright in the game is literally a rundown building with faulty equipment that constantly malfunctions, yet here it seems to have a relatively modern exterior
VHS idea : a noise complaint was filed at a abandoned freddys location (teens broke in or something) when police gose to check it out the animatronics hunt them down. the vhs is recorded by the body cam from the police officer
Pro tip for making horror, DONT MAKE THE PROTAGONIST TALK AND EXPLAIN WHAT WE CAN ALREADY SEE. Horror is most scary when there is heavy breathing and noises, not some person having to explain how creepy something is or how someone called their name. Either way the animation and everything was awesome so props to that, just lower on the talking next time :)
Ive seen horror where the protagonist talks a ton but it doesnt work when they basically narrate their thoughts. It can almost guide what the viewer is being asked to think too much rather than letting them take in events themselves. In found footage theres often an element of an expected audience yeah, but i think there's a fine line to tread there. People in real life, especially when uneasy or scared, dont have a quip for everything and it feels insincere when someone does.
since this is fucking michael afton here i think all the talking and thought narration is fairly reasonable since he knows what happens when a new fazbear location opens up
Bro literaly tripped on a chair then, literaly hid under a table- dude literaly could have just listened to his boss by NOT leaving his office of some sort
What I understood was that the animatronics freddy was standing winged from the camera guy and he saw it for a few seconds but he had a winged animatronic X.
