Actually things coming loose is pretty common on a new machine. I know a lot of manuals make mention of checking nuts and bolts every so often. I like the idea of chains on the pins👍🏼

Thank you for the review. I have traded for a 2012 model t4.75 with 1000 hours. Tier 3. No DPF but egr. Going to pull a new TItan 10 foot bush hog with it. Hope it is as good as yours. Nice tractor.

Nice review Shawn and you have a really nice tractor. You mentioned seeing the plow or loader raised through your moon roof above the cab. You have one other advantage with the moon roof. Example: If you go under a large tree or even a low ceiling structure, you can peer through/see ahead of time whether to stop or proceed through the overhang. Now that's a pretty nice feature as well. Thanks for sharing your video.

Thanks for the review. I really appreciate it. I bought a Workmaster 50 back about 9 months ago and have had no issues to speak of other than losing a couple pins. This is a nice size unit that I hope to upgrade to in a couple years. I want to keep the Workmaster and my older 4610 SU. New Holland supports their product very well and for the most part are well engineered. I did purchase the upgraded heavy duty brush guard. They have them available at your dealer. Getting a 3rd function valve and grapple this week.

The wheel problem is indeed serious. I have a Boomer 50 with 220 babied hours and it was making a random clunking noise. My dealer has had it for over three months and will not return calls . It ruined my entire spring.

I've bought a second hand T4.65 and i committed the ultimate sin of saying "It'll do...". I didn't follow the golden rule of taking the Horse Power I think I need, and adding 20%. Its a good little machine...But i wish i'd waited for a T4.75 or a T4.95 to come around but hey thats second hand market for you. Great review...one little thing, is the T4.95 a bit unusual to park? My little T4.65 rocks back and forth to get in park.

Sorry you've had issues. What were they? I really enjoy this tractor. I've searched tractor forums and it doesn't matter what you buy...there are issues with every one of them. Hopefully, they aren't major. Some people claim green or orange or red or blue are better. I think you need to research the tractor, look at the issues that are shared, and make the best decision you can. A good dealer is very valuable...no matter what the brand. Thanks for watching my videos. I hope you can check out the others on my channel. I cover some other topics and equipment. Thanks!

Nice Tractor. I was always a Ford/ New Holland guy but had to switch to Kubota because all the two local New Holland dealers closed. Weird that you had a problem with the tire too. On my old TB100, I had a front tire come off. I eventually had to get the whole hub and get a new rim for the tire because of the damage caused.

Will you please do a 5 plus minute vid of you simulating driving up to a multimillion dollar garage door for the purpose of backdragging snow. Before I make the purchase I need to assure myself that I will not park in said garage. HST can spoil you with the ability to have complete control and no insurance claims. IowaKLR650 I pull up to the front of my vehicles to backdrag. I tend to use the clutch and brake in those situations. It depends on what gear and rpm and speed you're going. hmmm.... The windshield washer motor worked and then stopped. So, that wasn't something they'd see. I am not sure, other than the wheel bolt torque, what they would have found. As I said, fortunately, that turned out ok. The dealer has supported me with the nuisances I've had. The diff lock....maybe they could have detected that if they drove it enough. They did not. I had them go find this tractor and the day it was delivered, I wanted it. Thanks for watching. Hope to keep updating as time goes on.

Its just like buying a new house, do a once over check everything, i mean everything...you get a snag list and the house builder will come back to sort it. Same with a new car or tractor. Check everything.i did on my 2nd hand NH and i budgeted an extra £500 for odds and ends "New filters, oil, LED lights". I tell you i spent a very enjoyable sunday cleaning her and making her mine.

Never made sense to me not to load the rear tires and front to if it's 4x4
@ModernCountryLiving

I can understand why that's done. But, for towing purposes, I didn't want to exceed my tow vehicle limits...and I am right at the limit with tractor, loader, and trailer.
@baileysconstruction7898

The extra traction it worth it .... those limits are just for liability reasons for the tractor manufacturers... they will handle far more than they're rated

He probably now learned to check all bolts regularly. At my work all tractors have stickers on the door to visual check wheel nuts every 8 working hours and torque check every 50 hours. With all vibrations during work it is very normal to check everything on a regular basis. We replace a lot of nuts with self locking nuts with the nylon inside.

Sounds like dealer prep not very good. Otherwise good tractor.
@hp2084
@hp2084 5 лет назад
Exactly, even the wheel thing is dealer issue because sometimes dealers need to make some prep and need to take the wheels out. But I would say if you know your machine well it hardly gives you much problem. Farmers usually check their tractors before and after work which eliminates a lots of issues that he is talking about.

@ModernCountryLiving 2 года назад
Sorry you are having that issue. Neighbor has a T4.75 with a few thousand hard hours. Still chugging along. I am sorry you are having that experience. I can find similar comments on any forum for any tractor. Some of it is circumstance. Some of it is dealer support. Some of it is just corporate issues. Some are lemons. Some models are more prone to issues due to design. I am sorry you're dealing with these problems. But, my experience with New Holland has been very favorable. TN75 was a great tractor for me and the T4.95 has been great as well. I have a Kubota zero turn commercial mower and have had people say they have junk decks. After 15 years I finally replaced the original battery and the deck is going strong. Beast of a mower. Change fluids, grease it and run it.
