Hey Paul. Love these large 1 stories. Perfect laundry with sink, counter and cabinets. Large pantry. Love the alcove den with the built in desk and loungers. 1/2 bath great in the rear of the home for pool folks. Great that rear bedroom has an en-suite. Look at the size of the primary shower. The 2 front bedrooms extremely spacious both with en-suites? Yesssss. 🙌🏼. Don’t care for all the staging but the layout is amazing and all the bedrooms have an en-suite and a 1/2 bath in the rear.
