1:40 "Transalp was last seen in its 70cc guise"; seventy whole cubic centimeters? Did they take the engine out of a Cub? If you guys can't be bothered listening to your own video, I won't either.
Tenere 700 competition , similar in its simplicity and lack of computer nanny nonsense , but a little lighter with 20+ more horsepower and better brakes and suspension borrowed from the AT ............................. i know but i can dream right
I wish Honda would make a slightly more powerful 500X with better quality parts (suspension, brakes, etc), but I bet they will screw it up by turning it into a stupid gaming console with that god awful dual display from AT, complete with drive modes, mobile phone integration and other useless electronics. I'll take LED lights and ABS (switchable), but other than that I don't want a computer on wheels, I just want a simple and robust bike that will last for decades. You know how you see all those AK-wielding terrorists on the TV cruising around in their Toyota Hilux trucks from the 80s and 90s and they're still going strong despite being used in the middle of nowhere and having never seen an official Toyota service? Give me one of those, except on two wheels.
I've been riding a Transalp from 2003 to 2010, with a total of 148 000 Km without any problem. A fantastic motorcycle, not free from defects, i would certainly give a new model a try.
Hey P. Santos, first of all thanks for watching the review and your comment. and yes thats what we're hopin fore or at leas close to that. What u riding at the moment?
@@LeisureMotoTV hi there. I'm riding a CBR 1100xx from 2005, CB500x from 2021. Really like the NC750x but still missing that "touch" of dust adventure, that's why I'm hoping the transalp will check all the boxes, 19" front wheel etc etc 👍👍👍
If Honda doesn’t make the proper iteration worthy of the legendary Transalp I’m going for a Yamaha Tracer 9 GT , I know it’s not an ADV but at least I know what I’m getting into. So Honda better not disappoint .
YES YES YES , similar in its simplicity and lack of computer nanny nonsense , lighter with 20 more horsepower and better brakes and suspension borrowed from the AT ............................. i know but i can dream right
@@justsomedude445 Exactly, but I wouldn't necessarily want more horse power. The t7 has ample, and if there is a reduction in weight, the power would be felt more. Keeping the power the same as the t7 will help weight reduction, motor reliability, motor longevity, and lower price.
@@hdidane00 decided it wasn't worth waiting another bloody year for Honda to get their fingers out so bought a triumph tiger XCx and using a scooter would probably a better choice for you lol
It's nearly impossible to get current production bikes. I wouldn't be surprised if it's another four years before you can walk into a dealership and ride out on one of these.
Hey Sala_13, first of all thanks for watching the review, your not wrong about that🤔 I guess all i can say is good thing come to those who wait. Ps What u riding at the moment?
Hello Guys, at 2.50, you are using my video images from my road trip with Transalp in Marocco, Mauritania and Senegal. Without asking !?! It takes a lot of efforts and money to make such footage and you just help yourself. So I ask you to remove them or I signal this content to You Tube. Sorry guys, but if you were faire, I would be fair !
Hi lolo, please accept my apologies as in no way did i mean to offend, and to the contrary as a small new creator would love to work with content creator such as yourself. With that said i would like to make amends by promoting your content in the description of my review and furthermore using the end screen of this video to promote a playlist of your content to the RU-vid biking community. I sincerely hope this in some way makes amends, please let me know your thought's on this suggestion. Best regards Lolo Leisure Moto Tv
I am so looking forward to seeing these hit the showrooms, I love the styling of the Africa Twin but for me, a lighter machine might be the one I can go for. Hurry up Honda, let's get some more information out there and to bikes on the road.
I'd really like to see a Honda Twin 750 cc ADV with basic technology (cruise control), adjustable suspension (front and rear) and a 21-inch front wheel.
Why to Hell 850ccm???? ITS TO MUCH ! Its a Enduro? Its a Tourer? 650 is enough. My god 750. But bigger is not better. Look at the Tenerè! Lean, leight, strong. Sorry but, no Transalp
Hey Rodrigo.. first of all thanks for watching the review and your comment.. Not yet as honda are reportedly still in R&D stages on the bike but as soon as i know anyting worth passing on i will. Ps What u riding?
@@LeisureMotoTV many thanks!! Great footage. I will appreciate more info and will wait some more time to change my great old and reliable KLR650 Have been looking between the T7 and a 2016-19 Africa Twin (+/- $10K in usa) for a long trip from north to south America and back to Mexico. (In South America these bikes even used cost 50-60% more) The new and lighter Transalp or 750 - 850AT would be a great alternative. Greetings from Bolivia 🇧🇴
755cc Shit If its anything like the NC750 Its going to be rather useless. The old TA 700/680cc has far more performance that the NC750 at present and the 680 is an old V motor. The new TA must compete against other 800s or its will die being compared to the T700 from yamaha and the Aprilia 660 Even the BMW650
why would you build two same bikes with two different names honda Honda minute 53:00 Transalp is a 600cc which is what everyone wants, i know honour is high in your culture but we dont all like kawasaki’s or Susuki’s. we like Honda’s
Hey evangelos, thanks for watching the review and your comment, I guess they want to completely dominate the adventure bike market with hundreds of model. Until next time Stay upright Bobbymax
@@LeisureMotoTV I had 16 bikes then had to sell my last one. I didn't get another for a long while, came into some money and went up to a Honda learner rider centre. Rode a CB500F around some witches hats and thought it had enough power for around town, day rides so I bought one. I've added a few bits like a top box, fairing, GPS, centre stand. It does what I need it to though the new CB500X 2022 is very nice with its off road capability for some occasional A class dirt road exploration. Enfield 650 Himalayan reminds me a lot of my Triumph Tiger Trail 750 '82 model. Save up until 2024. Still haven't been right around Australia or all the way up the centre.
@@LeisureMotoTV T7 for sure, because of its track record. Honda makes great products, no doubt. But It's wise to wait 2 to 3 years, so all the bugs are worked out.

I hope it's based on the NC750X and has a frunk! Pretty much the main thing NC750 owners wish, is that their bikes were trully off road capable with good ground clearence.
If this bike is under my ass will it make me look unaware and stupid? If Honda’s engineering doesn’t address ICE’d bikes fossil fuel consumption (and dependency) the marketing better.
Paralel twin no...vtwin yes...UIn my opinion, Honda's biggest minus is that it destroys models...but today's commercial size gains profit margin vs. customer loss...it can't cope with its competitors that way anyway...a honda loves...🇹🇷🏍️🛵👍 ✌️🇹🇷
