Gregg RVHaulers I have watched this one, I think I have watched them all however I am still left with what really differentiates these laminated walls from the large manufactures like my current Voltage toy hauler. looking inside of my Voltages walls it looks the same.

What will differentiate the somewhat less expensive coaches from ones like New Horizons is: Gel coat thickness on the outer surfaceThe thickness of the wood backer on the Gelcoat - which means less ripple on the exterior, and more sheer strength.The quality of the foam will be different. There might be a slight difference in the R insulation value.The interior wall board will probably be similar. The basic lamination process will generally be the same. It will come down to the quality of the materials.
