We have to respond to local culture of the driving... it's different from city to city and town to town and area to area... Best policy is avoid get even a small scratch... Bikers, Auto and some speeding vehicles don't follow traffic rules or don't bother about other on coming vehicles... Best policy is to give way if you are riding new vehicles or costly vehicles or bigger cars.

The first lesson my car tutor gave me during my driving lessons was that "Two Wheeler drivers will always overtake from left". In India you just can't turn left like what you were doing. You have to first reach extreme left or right (whichever side you want to turn) and then turn. Bike riders are wrong but you were not entirely right as well
Bhai indicator should be given little more earlier than what you did, plus you should not turn all of a sudden from no where.always, indicate then slow down then have a sure look if anyone is coming or not then turn.

And its indian local rule kind that all slow drivers move in the fast lane, so we cant really help but overtake from left side. And maybe there was some vehicle that was obstructing him the vision of this car, iys common sense to not turn vehicle from right lane to the left T. Not saying biker is at no fault, but he is at fault equally.

The road isn't that wide that lane discipline can be maintained, and if we are talking about lane discipline then the bike guy should definitely have been driving slower in his Lane and not tried to overtake the E-rick from the left.

Car driver faulty- Reason: 1. Driving in the wrong lane(middle one) before taking the turn. 2. Too fast turning in a crowded place. 3. Both hand not in steering. Bikers Fault: Reason: 1. Rush driving. 2. Extra rider 3. No helmet 4. Overtaking from left side.
Will keeping both hands on steering cause others to drive carefully. Which stupid world are you coming from. When someone ahead of you turn on the indicator, he may be at 100 or 150kmph but you need to slow down and allow him to turn. Also keep distance from vehicle in front. Even if he is driving with no hands it is always the fault of driver who is at the rear. Dumb idiots with logic like you should not be on road. Keep both your hands on steering and stay in your car shed.
But travelling at very high speeds and overtaking from the left (that too inspite of the indicator) does mean they are responsible for the accident! Triple riding and no helmets just shows you how irresponsible they are (further proving the point). The driver of the car had the indicator on for significant amount of time, and check the mirror a couple of times as well). Moreover, triple riding at high speeds is not only a threat to self but to others as well (it's not easy to slow down)
@@Overtimegamer23 Firstly there were only two lanes, secondly he was taking left slowly (he had put indicators for a significant amount of time). It wasn't a perfect left turn but it was pretty decent, that's why people behind him slowed down (this two wheeler guy must have probably overtaken somebody behind this guy and then he realised why the other vehicles were slowing down).

I can say 50-50 mistake are there from both sides. We should have mentally prepared for these rogues and should have followed left lane prior to your turn.
He is using phone to film , and was looking at the scooter before hitting them you can see the camera turn left and also in the rear view mirror , he was turning at high speed, even if he didn't hit the scooter he would hit someone else because he was focused on the scooteror even the shop , and not to mention he wasn't in the left lane before turning left so it's 100 percent his fault .
Dude you don't go from the right lane directly to the left, that's the basic stuff you need to learn, if you're going to turn left, switch to the left side of the lane a bit earlier rather than doing it right when the turn comes. Drivers like you are the reason most of the accidents happen and you guys have the audacity to blame it on others totally. I'm not saying those boys on the bike weren't at fault, yes they were but so were you, learn from this and drive responsibly. Although the car should have been in the left lane prior to the turn, I have had so many near misses with bikers cutting from the left when I am on the left most lane turning to the left. So as per this video both sides are at fault.
I have been driving in Delhi. I know that the theory of taking turns 100 metres prior can never be implemented. Because everyone on road will never let you overtake. Here you have to try atleast 400m to take a side then only you would be able to successfully take side 50m prior.

I am glad I saw almost every person making him realize that although those squids were a major pain in the bum but if you could have already changed the lane to the left by using the left indicators and the mirror checks then those squids would have never overtaken you from the left. Always have a proper plan before turning right or left in intersections because almost all accidents happen in those areas. You do have the basics clear but you should know when to apply them. I do appreciate that he hd followed all protocols(indicator, horn, mirror, etc), but still he was too fast for the turn. As per my driving habits, I would have gradually moved to the left most lane after giving my indicator, probably would have been at 10kmph just before the turn, and then carefully checked all mirrors before making the turn
You have to first move to the side you want to turn. Can't just cut a lane and turn. I'd suggest move to the side you wanna turn approx 50-100 mts before. Won't say it's your fault though. But just basics you gotta know.

Car speed is OK because he switched on indicator for a long time, the biker must have understood it. But car driver please maintain 5 to 10kmph while turning in 2nd gear only. But when I see the cluster the car driver was actually slowing down.
Checking in mirror is not enough while turning. There is blindspot. You have to turn your head and see through windows. This video is a great example for blindspot. Experienced driver won't turn like this
The rider was riding in zigzag motion he overtaked e rickshaw and bike due to his high speed he wasn’t able to control his bike there is no role of blindspot here as in my left there were e rickshaw and bikes already stopped so that i can complete my turn. They ran away when the policeman tried to approach them

Yours is You were at right of the road, you must be in left or minimum on mid of raid (though the road seems to be two lane at one side it means you must be on left side before taking total left turn to enter a galli) Bikers They were three on bike and they ignore indicator.
There is a mistake by car driver too,on busy road you can't take a turn instantly. If you know you are going on left start going there 100 meters before with slow pace and be in centre with indicators constantly on.

The impact was so hard it tore the side skirting, both doors, bumper and lots of dents even the cabin is making noise e and alignment of car is also out. His speed was so high that i was shocked they got out with only broken hand.

@@shomikoto7558 you need to have common sense at least if there is no lane to not swerve from one side to another with enough time for people to react to your indicator. If the signal is not working due to power failure you will not cross that junction at 100kmph and after accident complaint that there is no signal? You would use your common sense to expect someone and go slow.
