Oh, now here's a thought - I wonder if you could topcoat the silver, then throw a regular jelly polish over that, for changing it up. I change colours every few days, so I usually don't use gel.

Hey there, thanks for showing us what you got. I always like to see that before buying but of course these are ALL so beautiful I have added every single one in my cart so I don't have to choose. Lol. I'm curious tho, I see they released a "metallic base coat"... Does this do anything specific that a regular gel base doesn't? I'm just wondering if I need to buy it to get the colors to look their best or if using the gel base coat I already have is just as good. I'd love your advice 😉

I haven't used the metallic base coat, and wish I had. My silver is stripey and very hard to get even, even over MG base, so I feel like that metallic base would help is adhere more smoothly, to get that perfect mirror finish. I tried it over a matter TC, and had better results, but not great. IMO- get both bases.

I just put in a $200 Madam Glam order and put some of these metallics on there! But I did not order that first base, the clear one. Is that something that is also necessary?? And I also realized I didn’t order the red one so I may have to place another order
