My jaw dropped when it kept going. I was like "so sad that it's not longer", then haha, jokes on me, because I definitely did not see THAT happening. Whoever designed this coaster deserves a raise. Amazing.
This has to be the best roller coaster in the world! The theming is perfect, it's a long ride, and the thrills never stop. I felt anxiety just watching the POV and that's how you know it was good!
I rode the Voltron for the first time yesterday. Last row! I totally underestimated the ride! This thing has power... what a great roller coaster. Most intense roller coaster in the park! It's a must for anyone who visits Europa Park!
Same, especially the forward launch. I have been one swing coasters before, but this one really kicks you forward. Didn’t expect that since most accelerate pretty fast but on voltron it really felt like a kick in your behind.
Damn America, Germany just stepped up their game with the most interesting rollercoaster I've ever seen! As a coaster enthusiast, I just hope I live long enough to someday visit your country and ride this. Way to go!
You also got great parks out there ! I wish I could visit Kennywood and Silver Dollar City one day. I live next to Europapark and it is Indeed a great park. But in Germany there is also Phantasialand which have amazing roller coasters.
I live in central Florida and get a lot of coaster action from Universal / Sea World / Busch Gardens. All of them have some awesome coasters. Velocicoaster and Iron Gwazi being my favs.
It is extremely long, i was in Europapark on two week days and it was always more than one hour, sometimes even up to 1,5h according to the app, absolutely crazy. But: If you arive early you can use the app and qeue in the virtual lane. You get assigned a time slot on which you can jump the qeue a bit like a fast pass for free. So in reality we where done in under ten minutes from entering the attraction to leaving it.
@@Benethor It always depends on the time you go. You went during holiday season where all kids in the area have nothing else to do. I went yesterday. Longest time I waited was 40 minutes. At Voltron. Everything else was 5-20 minutes. Even Silver Star, Wodan and Blue Fire.
@@jojostag No, i literally went when neither any of the german Bundesländer, nor france or luxemburg had holidays, lol. And i wouldnt really call 40min short, thats still insane.
I have done this beast 2 weeks ago, it is an amazing rollercoaster. The first time I didn't know what was up and down, it has so many inversions😅 the second time I enjoyed it more, it was less overwhelming😊 but for sure one of the best coasters there is at the moment!
I’ve ridden this ride and everything about it is absolutely amazing… the theming, the ride itself, the queues. i couldn’t find a single fault…. The genius behind the conveyor belt when entering/exiting the trains deserves a gold medal… 😊😊
@@braxbro7602 Not when you're in the "world" of the experience for longer. With X2, you go up the hill and yes there is onboard audio when it works, however this one keeps you in the world with sound at the beginning and in the middle of the experience as well rather than just outright stopping and that's it. So even during the mid run you don't "leave" the world of Tesler, so it's much more themed in that respect from an audio standpoint.
The interesting thing is, that the park is owned by Mack Rides, so naturally most of the rides in this park are manufactured „in house“. This also means that they can design the rides to have smooth operations. For example, in An interview with the channel „American Coaster Enthusiasts“ Patrick Marx, the Parks operations manager said, that before they decided on the Lay-out for Voltron, they had fixed that this ride will have a capacity of 1600 guests per hour, and designed the ride and it’s operations for this number.
@@karstenbursak8083 Just because Mack uses its own attractions, that is not necessarily the reason why their operation is so fast. Wodan and Silver Star are from other manufacturers and they also have fast timing and high capacity. It always depends on the customer's wishes and on organization.
Excellent POV! Looks to show the even faster interval with 7 train operations. Would you mind if I use some of your footage in a video I’m making on Voltron? I’ll provide credit to your channel of course!
@@AMZ0104 I agree, but this is more directed at all the hubbub before doing the actual ride much more to see/enjoy while in line to ride at universal if that's what whoever is going for.
What a great ride, that building looks neat from outside and inside no less. Didn't expect to see 2 animatronics inside too. I am german so i might get to ride this one day but just watching the pov is exciting.
😮😳 Now thats a BAAAADNMAMAJAMMMAAAA!! Very very impressive! That backwards blast and then shooting forward into that twist at the middle of the ride was nothing short of simply AMAZING! , Absolutely Genius!!..ad though Tesla Himself engineered the Ride!! Magnificent!! 🌩️⚡⚡⛈️
That is spectacular theming! I was only expecting the Wardenclyffe facade and Tower, and I find they had actual Tesla coils in the queue! The ride itself looks very well laid out. I wish this were nearer to me. What really blows me away is that this is a Mack ride. They really stepped up their game.
The theme, theatrics, and mid ride switch. That is probably the coolest coaster I have seen. Half the entertainment was waiting in the lobby to get on!
SPECTACULAR! I've never seen LSM's used on anthing but straight track, that first lift launch is heavy! -It's long -It's Wardenclffe done perfectly -Tesla represented
Its so fucking intense bro. Just rode it on monday. You dont get much of a break (beside the turn table section) which it actually needs. It so freaking intense
Absolutely incredible coaster, Europa Park has outdone themselves. I just don't understand why they didn't add a high-speed door to the backside of the turntable. This would initially hide the backwards launch for a better surprise, and also make the turntable room much darker and highlight the electrical effects on the screens. Maybe they will add this in the future?
They said that the turn tables will get their upgrade in the future. The whole croatian section isnt done yet and will be expanded with more rides and theming. So im confident they will add more to the theming around voltron.
WOW!!! This is amazing… Ive never seen a coaster launch you right into a loop, but not just any loop, a loop with a dip in it!! At first I thought that’s it when it stopped, then it spins you around, launches you backwards and launches you off again on a different track. So many twists & turns and loop de loops. I would take a loan out to fly to Germany just to ride this!!
Voltron is a beast in German Engineering and capacity. This rollercoaster can take up to 1600 people for a ride per hour. There's a reason why there's a conveyor belt in the station, why you have to put all your belongings in a locker beforehand, and why the train is approaching the turntable just right when there's another train leaving. This coaster is designed to the max to reach the best capacity! :D
I did it today with my two boys 12 and 16. Unique experience. The ride left us speechless literally even breathless for couple of minutes after we touched the land. Amazing from the beginning to the end. Indeed must do it once in a life. My advice. Do not start with this attraction!!! Keep it for the end. Otherwise you may be a bit « disappointed » by the others:)
