The new Iron Man skin released early this morning alongside a pretty huge update. It's a decent bundle, for sure, but is it worth buying? Let's find out! I'll compare it to the original Iron Man skin as well. Shoutout to Epic Games for sending me this bundle. #epicpartner

@mikaela5938 They basically cost the same, dollar wise. You can't buy 2300 v-bucks on its own. You have to buy the 2800. (That's if you had zero, mind you.) Sure, you have 500 leftover but you still had to invest $25. That's including tax. I see your point of view, though. (Edited to reflect correct numbers.)

Did anyone notice that the new Doom skin can now also use the original Dr Doom Glider and the Victory Von Doom built in emote after the update? If you use the default Doom style and the OG glider it has the OG cape aswell. And if you use the pandora Doom style with OG glider it uses the god emporer doom cape.

Right, they aren't even on the screen for a long time and when they are you are paying attention to the highway where the notes are. Then when you use the emote in other modes you never get a front view of them. Even if they make them a backbling/pickaxe combo how many guitars does someone need/want to use like this?

Yup. Just filler content so they can say " look how much stuff we are giving you be greatful! " nobody cares about any instrument. People care about the character skins back blings and pikcaxes and gliders, the car skins a little bit, and the lego skins a little bit. Not the instruments 🤣

Honestly one of the only bundles that’s worth the price. Skin has a lot of details and the pickaxe is unique too. Shame with the instrument though. Nobody in their right mind would want to pay 1000 vbucks for that.

Eh it should be better. There’s no substance. It’s very bare bones in my opinion. Also the suit should be bigger in my opinion or we should have a transforming emote. That would have made this skin SO much better!

@@16BitKamek I wish they did Iron Man like how they did the Deadpool & Wolverine bundle, or even Eddie Brock. No Glider, No emote at all, and no Tony Stark style hurts this set a lot. People waited 4 years to get another Iron Man, only to see that the set is basically incomplete compared to almost every item shop skin. If we got a built in emote, it would have been great but it looks like the old one clears this new Iron Man.

@@xNightHawk32 True, it really feels underwhelming for some reason, it's lacking some stuff in my opinion, it doesn't have styles either, at least a helmet off like they did for war machine would've been nice, backbling is worse than the C2S4 one, the old skin is just better at this point, this was a clear hit and miss, Fornites just going to do this again and name the skin Mark 85 or something, just recycle the same old thing, it'd be really appropriate and nice if they made other suits as a style cuz only Tony Stark is gonna wear an iron man armor like it's not that difficult to maybe try and put some styles for a character like iron man

I would get the full bundle considering i js got crew and some vbucks but it isnt worth it cause of all the festival crap they threw in, i might get the skin though. I dont mind not having the pickaxe as its overpriced to purchase on its own.

I like some of the instruments that have been made for different characters, but I still hate that they are always included in the bundle to drive up the price. I think they need to start putting the instruments in their own bundles they way Fortnite did with the TMNT instruments.

I am so beyond mad about the glider situation. let us use the old one at the very least, please. I can kind of get not wanting to give everyone access to some kind of repulsor/Jet-boot kind of glider for every skin because its like slightly harder to spot, but what the first one did was a pretty good compromise if you ask me. And heck, I was ok with that being locked to tony, but this new one not getting access AND not getting its own really ticks me off. like, flying around is his most iconic ability. I probably would have gone all in for the bundle asap if it had a glider... T~T

It’s kind of disappointing that we didn’t get a transforming emote to show RDJ as Ironman, or one where the helmet transforms to reveal RDJ with sunglasses like in the Ironman movie where he’s hanging out in a giant donut 🍩 😂 Also why didn’t we get a hovering glider, that would have been much better then an instrument he’s never been seen with… I’m over the instruments. I very gladly used your code to get the set, its nice knowing the money goes toward your daughter's surgeries when she gets them. Anyway I definetly prefer this suit over the old one. My one complaint is that the new skin can't use the old glider. Epic should've pulled a Mjolnir and let any iron man skins use the old glider.

I still prefer iron man zero. Especially since he has "the seven" color scheme edit style. Sure, he's bulkier, but I've never had any ADS problems with it. Plus, the articulated blade wings makes more sense with it.

I can't believe i'm saying it too, but at least Iron Man zero had a built in emote to take off the helmet :D. Plus he's got the iconic hot red which works best with Iron Man, Maroon doesn't look the same and I think Epic should have done another comic suit instead of MCU. Maybe we could have gotten a proper Iron Man set, instead of what we got.

One thing you didn’t compare was Ironman zero! He has a wrap too I believe. The articulated blade wing matches that skin perfectly. That’s the glider I run in that combo!

Love Iron Man but this one doesn’t resonant with me. Big take away is that there is no glider. Other small niches is the color red that is being used and the faceplate, something about the plate doesn’t look right. In any case it’s a good skin but not for me.

After playing around, a glider I found decent (not perfect, but good nonetheless) is the Raider's Wayfarer, aka the Renegade Lynx glider. It really just the maroon-ish color, but it goes well with the skin

As a returning player, I'm more so interested with the basic BR and Zero builds. I personally don't really care for the bloating of prices over one measly instrument I'm never going to touch. Just give us a glider or something that can be used in more than one game mode.

One of my favorite suits and they got the color wrong 😭, if you watch the movie you can see the red is brighter, especially near the end when he’s out in the sun attacking ultron with thor and vision. Hopefully they fix it. 🤞

I'm a festivial user, and why? we honestly don't care what our instrument looks like. give us an emote, a glider, maybe even a contrail. a lot of users use darkness on the screen because of the flashing lights, so we can't even see it. there's also that 300 vbuck increase, but idrc.

Not a fan of the unnecessary cosmetics to justify their inflating prices. Can't justify spending $25 bucks on this. I can buy a complete game and DLC for this much.

I’ve actually found that the Null Claws and Hyperboard glider from ch2S5 work well with the mk 45 skin. First or third style of both color schemes match close enough

The instrument being included wouldn’t be that huge of a deal if there was a glider or an emote included with it. Iron Spider’s bundle got a glider AND an emote along with the instrument, and that one was a good deal if you ask me. Regardless, since I did miss out on the original Iron Man skin, I’m definitely getting my hands on it.

I like the new instruments, but they shouldn't force you to get the instrument if you want the bundle. Festival only lets you see the instrument, skin and back bling, so a "Festival bundle" that just has the instrument and skin (with included back bling) would still give a deal to those who want the instrument and skin, but those who don't care about the instrument can get the full gear bundle with no instrument. Plus, this Bass looks a lot like the Iron Spider guitar, but now a Bass. With no Marvel Tracks (beyond the battlepass tracks) too, I don't know why they would make these instruments unless they wanted to shoehorn them into bundles.

@@theobserver3015 the black cat pack didn't have the glider, it had the base skin, the lego skin, the backbling, the pickaxe, the wrap and the guitar and it cost 2,300, this one is the exact same except it cost 200 vbucks more, i don't really know what you're complaining about

It's really too bad they don't make it compatible with the original Iron Man glider, since you would actually be in armor using the glider, compares to Tony gliding in without the armor. All Iron Man skins should be able to use the glider!
