Actually both are happening at the same time on the Eastern Seaboard of the U.S.. Maryland and Delaware have entire towns sinking, I think it is called Land Subsistence. I think the Land Subsistence has something to do with the Ice Age and land north of this area rebounding while this region sinks.

@@nightedpemder4992 technically correct about climate change vs. global warming. "Global warming" refers to the gradual increase in the earth's average temperature since the industrial revolution. "Climate change" refers to localized and regional effects of this increase in average global temperature. I.e. some places are becoming hotter & drier (The Sahara desert, the American southwest), whereas other places are becoming warmer & wetter (Europe, the eastern third of the US). So the two terms have different meanings, but both fall under the same umbrella. You don't think we can predict climate? In six months, it will be May. I predict the month of May will be warmer than the month of November in the northern hemisphere. Would you agree?

You predict the high temperature in Bismarck nd for may 22 of next year within 2 degrees Then I will say you can predict climate change. Even if you do and are wrong you face no consequences. Same for all these alarmists. They just push it forward. The same old doomsday song was played in the 70' s and the world did not end so it was pushed forward. @@DFord-rv3nz Lactose intolerance occurs in the intestinal track and is the result of a deficiency or a lack of a digestive enzyme called lactase. It has nothing whatsoever to do with a woman's ability to produce breast milk. As for how they produce milk, all I know is that it involves a structure called alveoli which are very similar to what lines the inside of your lungs.
