The mother willfully gives the baby to him during his court ordered visitation time. He has an obligation to return the baby to her custodial parent on time. He has to follow the court order, just like the mother does.

He's probably one of those bitter passport bros that decided to take revenge once he brought her to USA and she split from him. It's clear that she was only dealing with him because she needed residency or financial stability. Statistically I think it's mothers that cause more harm to their offspring. In addition fathers have traditionally been treated unfairly when it comes to guardianship and visitation.

A father should have just as much access to their child as the mother. What is wrong with you?

In DV or relationship break up grudges there should be some type of supervised visit until the parents adjust and come to a understanding, using a grandparent or family member trust worthy from either side to be there. But no one has a right to take that from a parent unless the parent is found to be a dangerous to the child.

Not all father's are bad! There's many good ones out there. I don't care if that baby is 1 day old or an adult a father should have all rights to be with their kid. Unless the court says other wise. There's many mothers out there I would love to see the baby taking from them and giving to the father.

The report says he had been communicating with police but just dont give a damn he also didnt show up for court no surprise there!! The child is 10 months what would he want with a 10 month old? He must have another enabler to help him with the child.
