The behind the scenes of the making of the MV is something you’d enjoy. Jimin is actually taller than Taeyang (Jimin’s never the taller but here he is). I think there a version made by Taeyang’s team and a version made by the BTS team, which is my favorite. Jimin really fanboys over Taeyang and is so nervous. Very sweet. He wants everything to be perfect which really impressed Taeyang. No surprise to us though.

In an interview, Taeyang experienced something new working with Jimin. He didn't know Jimin was a perfectionist. Only after the 13th take on this acoustic version was Jimin satisfied enough to stop taping. He said Jimin tired him out. Same thing if you watch the Behind the Scenes of 3J. Jimin and JK, and JHope practiced their choreography version of Megan's rap in "Butter." Just watch and see if Jimin keeps asking for do-overs....until it's perfect. Yes, he did!
I remember in the behind the scenes for Jimin's dance in the Black Swan MV, they were filming the one piece, and the director thought it was good, but he asked Jimin what he thought. Jimin said "I think...One more time"; and the director responded "I knew you'd say that". And that was the take they ended up going with. Anyone who has worked with Jimin knows "One more time..." is inevitable.

I’m a 55 year old married woman. My kids are 23,20 and 15. I work full time in healthcare. I used to refuse to click on any BTS videos, I only watched kdramas and my family made fun of me so I was gonna stick to that only. Then one day sometime in 2020 I think, I saw them, I thought they were gorgeous and impressive. I wanted to know their names. 💜 I flew alone to LA, then Vegas to see them. I have an insane BTS collection shelf (well 2 shelves) in our upstairs room. I have two BTS inspired tattoos. I have woken up before dawn to watch online concerts, Hobi at Mama awards. I watched a screen of that military base for an hour and a half the other day, waiting for my bias Hobi to come out and I squealed like a little girl, or a military wife🤭 when I saw him. As for Jimin, when I saw him in concert I swear he was literally gliding. He was unreal and so happy and beautiful. Everytime I see him I feel so much love for him, this young man who I can’t speak his language, I can’t sing or dance with him, I can’t eat with him. But if I could just keep him safe, happy and make sure he was never sad or hurt I would do it. His voice and smile comforts me and heals me like nothing has in recent years. He seems like the bestest of friends. So when I see you giggle over him, I giggle with you😍

BigBang, had many quite successful well known songs together like Fantastic Baby, in 2015, as well as Bang, Bang Bang, & so much more, as I listed, even doing farewell songs right before joining the military. After coming out of military they indeed di one last banner of a song together. Taeyang has recently performed solo concerts, as well as dropped solo songs as well as has done more collabs.

I love this version of Vibe. Taeyang was born in 1988. He debuted in 2006 with BigBang, one of the biggest second generation groups. (BTS is third generation).
Yes, this is my favorite version of Vibe. Both of them were amazing, and I will always be grateful to Taeyang for being willing to have Jimin on the track (which he probably knew would be in his best interest, but still not everyone has the guts to be on the same track as Jimin as he can outshine anyone if he chooses), and not only that but letting him have a large part on it (features are often small bits where the featured artist is just bringing their name and fans for the song) and also giving Jimin credit for not only performing but writing for Vibe (take a look at the credits for the song on Spot). It’s not always the case that the featured artist gets writing credits, even when they might actually have written part of the song. I wish this version was on the streaming services, just like I wish for all of Jimin’s acoustic live versions (looking at you Like Crazy and Letter 😊)

Taeyang is 36 years old, he debuted with the South Korean band Big Bang in 2006. While the band is still active, they are now just down to 3 members from 5. Big Bang is what the younger idols call their "sunbae" or senior. He is married to a Korean actress and have one child. Taeyang is a very private person, very protective of his family so you will never see him post pictures of his wife and family in his social media account.
