Must be using little droplets of glue or dextrin to make a thick slurry and some how just sprinkle the droplets over the comp and let those droplets dry before shaking them a little. They are like the little star’s that come in those little plastic toy flare pistol. The plastic shells has these same little stars but no one will show how they make them.
