Lol yeah a great advert for Kubota. Hard to beat the fresh cut grass smell. Although freshly ploughed ground is pretty good too. Both with a hint of burnt diesel lol
Once you get use to the center pivot you won't want to go back to the old ways. One thing I had to do that really helped is mirrors on your tractor, saves looking over both shoulders so much. I'd actually feel ill after mowing a bunch, dizzy lol
Never ran a center pivot. Definitely seems like a versatile setup, once you get through the initial learning curve. Maybe a bad ground or wire on the White?
Yeah it took a few fields or maybe most of first cut before I really got it figured out lol. It’s gotta be something like that, the computer itself was brand new last year. Always something it seems like.
Nice mower!! Maybe someday.. Always thought a hydroswing would be great! We have always cut the backswath after making a few rounds.. easier to see any unexpected obstacles.. Thanks for the video Scott!!
Hi Scott the Kubota disk bind seems to work really good. Looks like it did a nice job. You seem to get the hang of it without any trouble. Newer tractors are great until computers etc. start to give trouble and don’t work properly.😞
One time last year dad missed a few strips on the field by our house. I didn’t want the neighbours to see them so I sent the kids out with the lawnmower to clean up the spots.
How's she goin'? The center pivot would take some getting used to I bet but you got on that pretty quick!!! Too bad about the breakdowns. I hope you can get the White back up soon!!! Take care!!
Hard to say, this mower definitely takes way more power than the old one but it’s also almost 2.5ft wider. I would have to run a regular 12ft disc mower to really know for sure. It does seem to cut nice.
