That concealer is one of my favorites!! Really have to go in lightly and blend my out with a damp sponge because its so heavy!! Then I set it very lightly right away to keep away the creases! Holy moly I love you did this on the powder! I was so curious!!! Fascinating! You are crushing it lately Mel!!!

It's a great test for sure when we leave out the primer and setting spray. I wouldn't have any oil either. It looks like a nice one. Can't wait for your Fenty review. 👍🏻

Wow such a bummer, I really would be thought you are going to love it. I have one powder foundation from Flower Beauty and I really like it. I think with the IT concealer you have to use a very thin layer and apply it with the finger. So I heard, I have not try it. Thank you for the review and have a great week Mel !😙❤

I have super dry skin (also live in the NV desert), 46 and used a heavy moisturizer followed by a primer oil before trying this one and I surprisingly liked it more than the liquid fresh wear which gives me polka dot pores. The primer oil made all the difference for how this worked for me and I honestly loved it! I liked how smoothing and blurring it was for me. I wonder if you might have better luck with facial oil or primer oil underneath it.

Hi Mel I am not using power foundation but I am intrigued by this product. Again we do have it in stores everywhere even on sales and people don't buy it 😀. For me the liquid version it shows the pores on my skin . I need to use it with a silicone primer.

I saw glitzy fritzy do a video on how to apply powder foundation. She put concealer on first then patted a small amount of the powder foundation on top to set it. This helps the concealer to stay put when you apply the powder foundation. I've got a red patch on one of my cheeks and this tip really works

Great video! What would you say your fave concealer for dry under eyes would be? I also don't care for the It concealer. It sits in my wrinkles.

Hi Tina! I actually have a couple of concealers I love. One is a bit higher priced but it's the Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Lift and Firm concealer, very hydrating, great coverage and very minimal creasing. I've shown it on my channel several times over the past few months and will apply it again in my video coming out Friday morning. My other concealer is more affordable and it's the NYX Born to Glow concealer, again very hydrating, coverage is more medium and has a bit of creasing but not like the IT cosmetics one. Hope this helps! 🤗

I can't believe I found the powder foundation you demonstrated in the video at a local Shoppers Drug Mart (in BC 🇨🇦) I don't really need it to be hard wearing all day, just a bit of colour for a couple hours or so. I use this product in the summer. I moisturize my face really well and exfoliate it before i use it. I work as a waitress and it stays in place with a little setting spray

I wanted to get this foundation for longest , but every time I go to shoppers drugmart is sold out lol , I think I’m gonna try on Walmart to get it , your complexion looks beautiful Mel , the problem with the powder foundations by its own they really accentuate on pores and fine lines , thatwas my problem with the fenty beauty , I wanted to love it but I ended retuning the fenty one cuz just didnt look good on me and really accentuate my large pores , but I agree with you , it depends a lot the skin type , thanks for sharing beautiful 👌

Have you tried the Age Perfect version of this? It has more of a cream application n a satin finish! Some folk like that one n not this one. I'm also looking at the Elf powder foundation. I have dry and aging skin. 39 years young! Lol.

Yes I prefer the Age Perfect much better to the one I reviewed. Didn't make my skin look dried out. My all time favorite for powder foundation is the Fenty Beauty, I used it a lot in summertime. Thanks for the visit Jessica! 😊

I have dry skin also and I don' t usually use powder foundation. But I just discovered a little secret (as tou mention at the end of the video).Use your powder foundation and then set it with a hydrating spray toner or, better, with an hydrating setting spray (a good amount, sometimes I spray it, lei it dry and then spray it again after blush application). For me it worked better and my wrinkles appear less noticeable....as my skin gets older and looses elasticity, it is so difficult to find a foundation that doesn't make me look like a mask...any suggestion?

Hi Maria! A few things I do are make sure you have a good shade match, I prefer to use a sponge (like a beauty blender) over a brush and I make sure to blend, blend, blend. I also use a light hand and put a small amount on my face to start, you can always apply more as needed. I also prefer hydrating, dewy formulations over matte formulas. I make sure my skin is really moisturized and I always use a primer. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions!😊

Hey Mel, I use the matte version of this but I never tried this one. However I love the matte one so I think this will perform well. That is crazy it is sold out everywhere. 😂 I got the Fenty for my birthday & wore it a few times & still making up my mind if I love it or not. 😂 I used the brush with Fenty today & it is less coverage but I like it more that way so far. However I need to try with another primer.

I use to use the IT cosmetics concealer but it started looking cakey bc it is thick but I want to try it again bc my eye area is smoother now since I use eye cream consistently. The eye cream/primer definitely sounds nice. I always shade match wrong online too.

I never buy Powder always have this thing about Powders and being dry why would I want to add a heavier powder all over my face lol..but maybe it isn't the way I think. Random but love the color of your Nails! Powder always worries me...I mean it looks fab on you via camera. The only time I might use something like this is in the summer when I am sweating away lol..but looks amazing on you and your makeup!

It’s a bummer that didn’t work for you, maybe try with a hydrating primer and spray will be better ! Does it have SPF ? I like the It Cosmetics concealer, but I use little dot and I use the LisaJbeauty technique, mix a little bit of foundation and spray the brush with setting spray !

I have this for me it was a complete waste of money, I applied it looked at my face No No just didn't like it washed it off applied my normal foundation, I just felt it made my skin look really old felt it went into every pore and line around my mouth, not good :(

I had a similar experience w/the Bye Bye Undereye concealer. I wanted to love it b/c I really like It Cosmetics. It just did NOT work with my really dry 56 year old skin. I gave it to my son’s fiancé and she loves it (she’s 23)!

I am 56 and was skeptical, but I love it it's quick full coverage and long lasting, I use a big brush and buff it in, I think the problem fir you is the wrong color, too light same thing happened for me once I got the right color loved it especially for summer

I am not sure about your comments about the discoloration which shows through the way you applied it with the a dry sponge. The instructions said that if you did want full coverage the sponge should be dampened.

Bb/ cc creams worked best for my mother/ grandmother. Missha Perfect Cover, Purito Cica Clearing, and Mizon Snail Repair are all very nice. ☺️

Hi Christine, my absolute favorite drugstore foundation is L'Oréal Age Perfect Radiant Serum foundation, I'll be using it in a video that's posting on Friday morning. Another favorite is NYX Born to Glow, I did a video review several months ago, but that one is really nice. Also trying a BB or CC cream if you prefer lighter coverage. L'Oréal also has a new formulation of their True Match foundation but I've had a few of my viewers in the US say they can't get the new packaging yet, but hopefully soon, I recently did a review of that one too. Hope this helps! 😊

I didnt Like It ,Made me look dry AND all the wrinkles were More noticeable by the end of the day , the wrinkles around my mouth were horrible , I tried the Fit me Matte poreless foundation powder AND I think It worked better in my skin,I have mature skin
