Specific to the new portrait planner, I’d prefer the weekly on top as it’s referenced and utilized more frequently than the monthly. I’d prefer also the ruler to be longer and the full length of the planner. Specific to the academic planners in general, the year at a glance pages should have July 24-Jun 25 holidays on the left side as the holidays from Jan 24-Jun 24 are irrelevant. Then the right side can have blank space like the Jan-Dec planners do.
I think I'd like it more if the pages were on the top and the monthly on the bottom; it feels like it would be easier for me to write on with the "bump" of the pages there instead of my hand hanging off the bottom.
