I am serving in the Indian Army. Mera case 4 saal se chal raha hai or court ke judge saab apna hi aanand utha rahe hai. 4 sal se na meri wife na Ghar aaye or na court. And Every month I pay 15000 rs to my wife as a maintenance allowance. Neither my wife is staying with me nor I have a child. Es desh ka kanoon nahi its 🎪 circus. Most ladies marry the Army Personal and collect all cards which are authorised to army wives and leave their husband servicing in border areas and these women enjoying with other persons. This entire country is ridiculous.
Then to court u serving for nation. Ur in laws doing mental tourcture to u . And teaching wrong things to ur wife in ur absence to spoil ur marriage ..but u should be bold to ur decision that r not going to give divorce to them any cost
There is no agreement made between husband an wife nor the man is a slave of the woman,,the lawyer wat is explaining but the judge doesn't even ask in the family court at bangalore, the judge doesn't even takes my application just putting pressure on me to pay the maintenance order passed in 2021 execution order,already sent me to jail once and now again issued arrest warrant,,,,,,,,,y there is no rules against the lawyer who doesn't attend the dates given of court due to wich I lost the cases and bcoz of my old lawyer I had to go to jail
Es duniya me koi andha hai to Bharat ka honorable supreme court. Or etne divorce ka agar koi jimmedar hai to yahi hai or koi nahi. Yahi es desh ki bidambnaa hai😢😢

Court ne order kiya hai 1/3rd of my salary need to attach Par meri salary k particulars hai Basis salary Hra Special allowances Statutory bonus LTA incentives INCOME TAX PF Profession tax Labour welfare fund 1/3 of my basis salary or including all expenses. 2018 I put a divorce case,in 2021 she took execution order for not giving maintenance of 40k monthly and sent me to jail,,judge is not ready to listen to any if my queries only thing 1st pay the money

U r telling wrong things. According current time when wife refused to attend meditation then no maintenance would be occured . Bcz wife parents r responsible to spoil husband life . Husband has to take against his in laws that they r wrong. Husband is not interested to give divorce to his wife. He wants his wife back and he wants to his in laws may not interference in both life . Then no maintenance will be awarded
We would tell our daughter in any worst circumstances girls should not stop working weather in laws are sick, old aged or husband is sick she must do her office duty first..
