@@jadenabdul-rahim9068 Drawing cards in a game like Marvel snap will always be broken.. Malakith does that... The only thing that holds him back is the restrictions in deck building... other than that i think M will be a significant meta card and there's good chance that he'll be nerfed... His power level may not be obvious but it reminds me a lot of 6 drop Chavez.
I play beta ray bill/thor decks like half of all my games so seeing eitri in the datamines damn near brought a tear to my eye I know surtur will be a good card but he seems strange as a season pass card I feel like Gorr would’ve been more hype
I think Surtur will fit more as a season pass card. A good card that has many way too build, 3-cost that doesn't have any downside, also it has a spicy animation when you activate it

Hear me out, Malekith in a surfer deck where your lowest cost card is a 3 drop, guaranteed one more 3 drop, high roll surfer. Also, that salmon sounds delicious
gorr is s tier cause you can pair him with shanna potentially 4 on reveals then there is stuff like arnim zola with like 3 on reveals , there is thor shenanigans then bounce is rlly good this is not even mentioning the cards your opponent will play since a lot of decks will play at least 3 on reveals generally you can easily get 13-15 power and in good matchups it can be 17-19
Surtur - Depends. It says after you play a 10 power card. Not for how many 10 power cards are on the board, so it may not work with Rescue or JJ. If it's for how many 10 power cards you have played, then this will be amazing with Silver Surfer.
Omg I completely forgot about scream with frigga because she was a 4 cost before, so it wouldn't have really worked out well. But now that she's a 3 cost, it's super cracked. If she stays as a 3 cost (which I'm sure this is the final version of her) I'm 100% getting her

There is also evidence to suggest that a future season will be Avengers BC themed, and Laufey was the main villain in that story. I can see a season with firebrand, Agamotto, Laufey, and starband. Also Bullseye variants and has a dan dipp coming out on an 19th makes me believe the jan season will be dark avengers themed. However the most striking thing is the fact we still don't even know what December looks like at this stage. I wonder if they are scarping cards like Bruce banner and rockect/groot in favor of new characters(cards like SSM and Doom 2099 will be expectation but def should not be the norm with the all the marvel characters they have)
@@Blazecap Im reasonably confident Laufey will be next season as opposed to Avengers 1MBC because he has artwork and ability at the same time as there other cards, whereas artwork for A1MBC is probably a few months away at least
I think they should come up with a "Barbarian" theme for a season. Marvel has Conan, Red Sonja, Groo the wanderer, they could possibly add John Carter...I'm sure they had a few more characters that fit the sword and sorcery in the Conan style(did Marvel do comics for Arthur and Merlin or was that DC)...but Groo would be awesome...maybe his talent could be to peek at the top card of your opponent's deck(since he was bumbling around but Jar Jar Binks sort of luck) and Stat line 1/2 matching Howard.
Malekith is great for Surfer. If you haven't drawn SS by T6, you can play Malekith to try and pull him from the deck AND you get the benefit of him On-Revealing at the end of the game.
Laufey seems broken to me in literally every possible way. He’s a much better Spider Woman at a lower cost. And that’s not even considering the ridiculous combo with Luke Cage. Card is genuinely stupid.

3:21 Why would Rescue or Jessica Jones work with Sutur? Besides the fact they only go up to 9 power, they're not played at that increased power, so they wouldn't trigger Surtur
Hey MJ, just keeping you updated about me getting Scorn, I got her in 4 Keys. I also got Jean Grey twice, on the first and second key (but I got the Base Card first, so the 2nd Jean was tokens) I’m a bit disappointed, but on the plus side, I got the Scorn Putri Avatar, I’m getting the Putri variant tomorrow and I spent the best birthday of my life. 🎂

So remember how in December they announced that Series drops were going to happen more often, and they had only waited 6 months that first stretch in order to get enough cards into series 4 + 5 to make spotlight cache rotations viable? And then how we waited 6 months for the next series drop? And now we're doing it again???😢😢😢
i really like laufey for an addition to my junk deck though i do wish he could have more value, but i still like him eitri feels great if he is a high voltage card because he's not really essential, but still good enough to make players try for him like agony and i'm glad he's finally leaving the datamine underbelly(also supercool thor synergies) malekith is probably my least favorite card in this season though, he just feels like not much value for his cost unless he pulls some specific cards gorr seems just absolutely cracked and i want him fenris has a bunch of synergies which i really like, im thinking something with moon knight lasher could be super cool , and the agony synergy is really nice. i probably would play sum kind of forge and agony maybe a few hulkbuster shenanigans. all in all lasher, laufey, and eitri are my favorites, and i guess i'll have to start grinding
Wait, why does Laufey even affect your side? Outside of Toxic decks this does nothing, and INSIDE Toxic decks..... good lord. That's extra Power for Ajax, and it can be nullified by Luke Cage. Laufey is easily the most busted card here followed by Surtur (flat-out insane for Skaar decks in all three of his iterations, especially the current one), King Eitri (will probably singlehandedly put Hammer decks back on the table), Gorr (very gorrey), Malekith (I still haven't figured out what to do with him, but I'm sure there's some interesting ideas), and finally Frigga (just neat combo stuff, I guess)
