Have you ever tried making a leather key fold? I can't say I've seen one among your videos. My dad had one millions of years ago. It had 5 clips that could be flipped out at the top when the folder was open. You could reclose it with the desired key still out if you wanted. It kept the keys from jingling (and today would be great for protecting mobile phones from being scratched if in a bag or pocket with your keys).
