I agree with your thoughts about the liquid eyeshadow. I have Ione and Irene. I’m GLAD they’re boring, lol. So happy to have some everyday, easy to use colors!
Hi Rebecca- I picked up the Irene too & have to agree- they are so smoothing and elegant on the eye- really sophisticated- like you said! Now I want the Gaya one!! I also want the Ione one!! ❤ I’m so glad you like these too!! The formula is so luxe! She says they have an ingredient in them that smooths the lids - I have to agree- I’m 64 and my lids looked amazing today- I didn’t want to take it off!

My very favorite Rephr brush is the #1. It’s my favorite shape period!! If I could only have 1 eye brush for the rest of my life it would be the #1. I literally have 10 of them. We are twins! 👯♀️ Thank you for showing the liquid shadows separate from the palette. I know that was more work, but it was so helpful! I’m waiting for my Fawn to arrive. I wanted to see reviews before I got a liquid matte shadow, but I’ll definitely try one with my next LE order!
I had a hard choosing the liquid silk shade. I needed up with Irene, but now there are two more I should have got. She'll restock. I did buy fawn too because her fawn lipstick is my favorite and it looks like a warmer sister to vega.
The first two shades you used in the Fawn palette would look especially lovely with Irene! This is a really pretty easy palette and the Burnt Clover will most definitely go perfectly with this color way.

I am very surprised a colour was missing but honestly, you don't miss much with this colour, it is the only colour I have changed for another beige golden colour from a previous palette from her. for the liquid silk it is just perfection! I LOVE it! Her makeup is so sophisticated.

Oooo, so pretty! I only ordered Ione but it hasn't arrived. I'm always searching for the perfect matte gray that is flattering and I hope this is it. I'm pale and cool-toned. I also really like the peachy one you have because it looks cool enough for me, so if the formula works I'll probably get more. My favorite liquid eye is Armani, but they seem to dry out in the component fairly quickly, so I'd be happy if LE wins out.
Now I’m even more excited in my waiting for the liquid silk Ione and Upper West Side refill as a single. Pale skin with cool undertone. Maybe I should have ordered the whole palette🎉

Ione is lovely and probably my fav. If I were to compare them to the Merit pot shadows, it is similar in shade to Social. The palette looks great on you!
The liquid eyeshadows in theory kind of remind me of Merit - natural easy to apply one and done look. Only thing is while those claimed to be crease proof they weren't on me. I could put a swatch on my arm and could barely get it off but on my eye they creased in about 20 minutes. :( I wonder if these LE ones are truly creaseproof over a 10 hour workday.
I'd love to hear comparisons on the Liquid Silk eyeshadows compared to other liquid ones. Personally in recent years I've only tried the Ilia ones, and though I REALLY liked some of the shades, I found that the texture wasn't doing my 41 year old lids any favors. I've heard good things about GenSee liquid shadows but haven't tried them. Thanks for the review!
My liquid eyeshadows arrived today - so exciting! I got Ione (sorry, Rebecca!!) and Irene. I also got one of the older ones - Emily - just because I have no will power ;-)

Hey Rebecca how did the "dreading" go? Thought about ya this past weekend...I went to an outdoor party Saturday while it was 95 degrees & so smoky from wildfires!! Thank goodness for setting spray!! 🥰❤️
The dreading wasn’t as bad as we feared because everyone was on their best behavior. But the lead up to the dreading was terrible. And we will see what happens afterwards now. The actual event itself is always the least amount of drama. Ha ha.
These make me think of the eternally sold out Hindash shade in a medium brown matte liquid eyeshadow and sorry I can’t remember the name but I’m sure you’ll let me know. Sigh. They look beautiful though and thanks for your review, ✨Rebecca✨💖💫
Wow what is up with brands sending out products with missing shades broken shades non-existent products in a box 😂 needs better quality control . Darn I knew I should have placed my order sooner I wanted Ionie too 😢 that was my favorite one and it always takes forever for her to restock items . I like the pallet all the matt shades and neutrals , I am gonna purchase it actually to mix with my sorcery or Vega I like sorcery but don't like that their is not any neutral or Matt shades to ground it and I don't care for that pink shade in the pallet so I have no problem taken that one out to add a different shade. I can't wait to see the next 2 she is releasing. Look beautiful on you.
