Thank you so much! I am 42, so in the middle 😃. I am posting a new video with the swatches and try on of some Lisa Eldridge lipstick shades in case you are interested. I am editing the video now, so it will be uploaded next days. The video is a comparison video, so I will show the different shades worn compared to Velvet Bloom
An excellent and a very helpful video, thank you! 😊 I mean, not that I needed another reason to order this beautiful lipstick 😉 Looking forward to trying it 💄
So beautiful!! And the comparisons are super helpful because it looks quite similar to certain shades but when you see them together you can see those subtle differences. I'm trying to restrain myself, but it truly looks like such a beautiful shade and of course, the fact that it's a limited edition makes it harder not to buy it! Thank you for sharing, hope you're well!💕
Thx so much! Yes it is supposed to be a limited shade and I didn't expect to see it coming on her website either. By the way if you love this tone I suggest you to buy and skip other shades. That's obviously very personal! in my opinion this shade is very versatile and easier to wear than a true red. It is beautiful also blurred on the lips to make them more vivid. I love this range of tones and I guess I am biased 😃 I am planning to make a second video with a comparison wearing the shades
@@Mybeautyshopper Thank you so much! Yes, I'm tempted by Pompadour and quite a few other shades I still don't have from her regular line but I agree I think it's best to give priority to the limited edition shade. I have been loving Velvet Enchantment recently and I actually love the quality it has of looking so lovely blurred out so Bloom sounds perfect. Can't wait to see your other video. Thank you!💕
@@Mybeautyshopper Thank you, your comparisons in this video are really good also! I forgot to ask you, out of Lisa's pink shades which do you feel would look best on very fair skin with cool undertones? I really want a pink that can provide a natural flush of color, not too muted but not too vibrant. I just think you have such a good eye for color, thank you for your help!💕
@@nataliar163 Thx so much, staying in the velvet range I would suggest you to have a look at Velvet petal (a delicate warm pink that not overcomes fair skin), Velvet beauty (more cool pink, so it really depends by your natural color, this tone matches particularly well if you have fair skin and light eyes), Velvet Blush Lightly and if you like to go more vivid/intense Velvet Pompadour is truly beautiful
Yes sure it is a good idea, actually I have paired both with some light mauve shades from Myth palette and also with warmer natural shades from Muse. This colour really suits both warm and cool undertones , very versatile
Thank you for this!!! I am trying to figure out if this is too bright for me so your swatches are wonderful! I think you should tell us what shade of her foundation you use of hers in your description. It helps a lot to know how this might compare to our complexions. I went back through your videos to try to learn but I am not sure. What shade do you wear these days?
So welcome! I am wearing the foundation shade n.2. I am usually a light ivory shade but this tone balances my undertone even if it is apparently lighter than my skin tone. I could wear a n.5/6/7 based on my level of tone
Bellissimo colore ❤!! Mi sa però che prenderei Velvet Enchantment perché é la tonalità che più mi sembra che ci si avvicini disponibile nel sito ufficiale 😊
Hi! strawberry shock is definitely warmer and brighter, more close to a real "Strawberry"shade. This one has both cool and warm undertones but it is more cool on the lips. I am planning to make a comparison video taking notes of the shades requested, maybe it could help better
