I think everyone excepted a bigger drop in prices .. because no one expected these “negative amortization 🙄” …. What happens going forward 🤷🏻‍♀️ we shall see! .. thanks for the update!

Why not list it at $1 and let the market decide what true price is for the house. In these times any list price is just a gimmick and not even a suggestion..

A 19% price drop is nothing. Look at affordability like in RBC's housing affordability index which takes into account both price and borrowing cost. Affordability is the worst its ever been.

Fewer buyers out there, much lower immigration level, and more and more listings coming on the market, especially condos on the market, this means prices will continue to go down.
