I have a coach bag almost identical to this- I just wouldn't pay current LV prices for this,especially as coach leather is also gorgeous and I've never had a problem with inking, stitching or hardware with coach.

Quick question… After you put the paperback book in, you showed a small brown Louis Vuitton, wallet in comparison to the key pouch, would you know the name/style of the dark brown empreinte LV wallet? I was surprised I found another LV bag I wanted, too.... For several years there weren't many that I liked. This one is my kind of bag in so many ways! And it seems to be that Goldilocks size for me. Not too big and not too small. Juuuuuust right!

Absolutely love this bag. The strap is perfect and the size is great. Do you know what it weighs? With neck issues weight is the main need to know for me. Love it and it looked so nice on you! Thank you for sharing!
I do not know what it weighs, unfortunately. However, I can tell it is quite a bit lighter than my Hermes Evelyne bag and several of my vintage Coach bags. The leather is a medium/light weight...pliable and soft, yet sturdy enough to not lose shape when filled.

Hello. Starting in 2021, LV started using NFC microchips in their bags instead of the date code tags from past years. These microchips are hidden in the lining and can only be scanned for info at an LV boutique. So, your bag is legit!

Ooooh! That is a fabulous question, so I had to check it out instantly....! My larger (iPhone Pro Max) WITH THE PHONE CASE ON IT, fits vertically on either side of the lock!! Slips right in without struggle!! Thank you for pointing this out to me!
Jennifer, what drew you to this bag? I am just curious. I'm not usually a bucket bag fan, but this one has something about it! The strap is just awesome. I love me a think, well made strap. I'm thinking I need it. Literally, what caught your eye about it in the store?
I truly think I am drawn to the simplicity and the "Goldilocks" size! Not too big and not too small. The classic, neutral cognac color was something I didn't have in my bag collection, too. The strap options and how it can be dressed up or dressed down really suits my lifestyle, as well.

Hello. In the month I have had it, I have not had any scratches or signs of wear. My favorite thing is that I can slide my phone (iPhone 14 pro max with case) into the front pocket in a vertical position on one side of the the lock, and I can slide my sunglasses on the other side of the lock. So, I don't need to unlock the front pocket to use it the way I want. The bag is a perfect size (Goldilocks- not too big, not too small) and I love the strap/chain options. I have even found other bags to use the chain strap with! Love it!
Jennifer, twice in one day, so sorry. This isn't a seasonal bag I hope? I was trying to hold off for a few months, but I don't think I can. I missed out on the cognac speedy, so if this is seasonal, I must pull the trigger!
