Not bad. Was hoping for something like translucent android OS via the lenses, linked to phone and operated by voice assist. I guess we're not there yet.
While I don't disagree with the multifunction button I'm at a crossroad with the decision on what each function does. I'm sure there's a reason, but i would not have chosen single clicks for volune +/-. It would be cool if you change the mapping via the Lucyd app. Not a turn off, just an adjustment
Hi Chef Zeke, that is a great question! Although our glasses haven't been evaluated to treat people whom are blind, our glasses allow you to connect to any Bluetooth device for a hands-free experience while still being able to hear outside noise around you!
It depends. The glasses are not classified as an assistive device for the blind like some HMD smartglasses such as the E-sight. However, we have gotten reports that some folks with mobility and vision impairment like to use our glasses for easier access to smart features.
This is the older Bluetooth 5.0 model, Lucyd Lyte Eclipse, from 2021. A new version of the Eclipse is coming this year with comfort, fit and sound quality updates, circa September!
@@LucydEyewearthanks, I ended up returning it because of my small head. The arms stick out significantly and they aren't pleasing to look at. Also, the sound bleeds. The people around me hear whatever I am listening to. If the new release will be up to par with the Ray-Ban | Meta audio quality, then count me in.

Hi, you can control the audio from your phone still, the touch controls on the glasses are useful for when you don't have your phone in readily accessible (eg during sports and other activities when your hands are occupied)
This glass is too plain looking. Company needs to up their game on the design. I don't know why many companies do this? I see it in the car, phone, ...just about everything. Is there a threshold by Government controlling what one can design?
