What is Chasing Westernism here? Not all modern things you see today were invented by Westerners. Fridge for example they got the idea from the Native (Eskimos) in North America, WC by a black man, a lot of farming, building techniques,medicine from Africa, Asia and from all other places they visited. Yes I will give the Westerners some credit here because they have made them better most of the things they learned from other cultures. If you wanna know the truth just compare the Westerners who were the go-getters in Europe to their cousins in the Eastern Europe who never went anywhere you can see a big difference between them in knowledge and innovation
It's more or less catering to foreigners because the average typical Ghanaian wouldn't go for it the price & the space & they tend to have big families this is pricey
The foreigners from the diaspora are all wise now. They are buying lands in Asebu and other places and building to their taste. Who has time for these expensive apartments. Who has time for a mortgage. Buy land and take your time to build. The life in the west that has stressed people out are brought to Ghana. Find your own happy place.
