Great home! Although, it's disappointing that Texas has just about hit California prices especially when you factor in the higher property taxes. Just a year ago, I was watching your videos and thinking "Wow! How affordable!" on most properties. Now I'm like, "Yikes!" when I see the price. Keep up the great work!

Almost 2 million dollar home, no pot filler, 2 huge kitchen islands, but where they placed the sink is awful. If you cook.. The stove and sink are so far apart. The kitchen could of been designed better.

I give props to your wife for going to war for you because that's exactly what she did! I have been with my husband for going on 10 years and he was a devil worshipper before we met but he still carried things with him for years, I compare him alot to Paul in the Bible & btw his actual name is PAUL. Lol. But very black and white no side of gray very straight forward, hated Christian. I prayed for him for so many years even when I saw no change! There is POWER in prayer the lord is good and faithful! Today my husband has grown so much in his walk with God I see a difference and I know I will continue to see God do great things in our lives! However, the fit and finish is just not there for a 2 million+ plus home! It’s as if someone took the shell of a home that price and finished the interior as if it was a 300k home.

What does them being on Section 8 have to do with anything? Nasty people come in all ages, races, and creeds. I don't think you've watched Hoarders. Over 75% of those people aren't on Sec. 8, but some of them are nasty, and their homes are unclean and they have pests or rodents. So don't judge people based on them being on Sec. 8. I was a Sec.8 recipient at one point and never kept a filthy home. I haven't been on it in 12 years.
