Liked everything but the master bathroom and pool area seemed a little tight. Really love those hardwoods and the overall layout. Not sure what the deal is with Toll Brothers, but their smoke alarms are always chirping. 🤪
Starting price around 600K then it goes up to a 1M possible range.....What are the upgrades....do they use better build materials like LVL 6x12 for the exterior, better insulation processes (really want a R-value that places the home in the certification level), thicker second floor for sound and structure integrity, real wood doors that are insulated for sound..... LVL for the interior walls with sound damping materials in the walls between rooms, jumper ducts, return lines, for each room within the home for HVAC systems (for comfort and efficiency), ridged air duct with insulation, Radiant barer on the roof and attic space for heat displacement and insulation, is the attic a fully functioning flooring within that space, and so on.....the appliances also....and will they run fiber optics and commercial grade RF shielded wiring for electrical outlets and switches within the walls that's used in commercial building....I work at home and need these things...The better the home comfort the better my new office environment. I would be willing to pay the huge cost then and I may still be able to source appliances cheaper than they can get them.
Oh wow the city of Surprise?! That’s not Phoenix, that’s a completely different city and take ahout an hour or more to get to DTPHX. www.newhomesource.com/specdetail/17183-west-san-marcos-street-surprise-az-85388/1865047
I live here in AZ too and could tell that wasn't anywhere in Phoenix...too much space from the next house...even in Gilbert (where I live) there's not that much space from the neighbors
Offices, especially in smaller homes like this, need doors for privacy. I can always tell a Toll house, they just never go the extra mile for quality. The kitchen looks like they bought it at a close out sale.
