Thank you for your video. How did you get ahold of Made by Mitchell team? I’m having the same problem and I can’t get a hold of anyone. This company is the worst at customer service in my expierence . I haven’t received my order and I have sent over 15 emails with no luck.

Oh no! Honestly I just emailed them. When I tracked my order and it said it had been delivered I emailed them and told them that it said delivered but I hadn’t received it. Maybe try reaching on through social media? I’m sorry you are going through this too!
