Building tank(ap items that also give health) on mages is the best way to play mages in s14. You just die instantly if you build the new burst items. The best users of the new burst items are assassins and ap bruisers.

I'm pretty sure that cryptbloom is going to change sooner or later, it's way too situational,the healing isn't great and it is generally outshined by void stuff

@@baal8938It's more like their engage tank will build it, and you have 1 escape tool. So you gotta choose to waste your cooldowns stopping the tank or save them for the incoming 1 shot assassins now. Rip either way.
