My pocketbook is not safe, but I am so happy to pick up many items. LoL. 😂😅 Blend Bunny, release IDK, but take my money. LoL. Same with Nomad Cosmetics. Cosmic Brushes palettes come to Mama. The perfumes seem like a good deal, too, for Kayali.

This looks way better then the new ones coming soon from clionah lol 😅and I have all From clionah and klarity obviously 😅 , I did had a broken palette from klarity cosmetics before and they did took care of me so I don’t get the bad review before 😮 I just love them ! I'm VERY intrigued by the Kayali vacay set and have an email reminder set for launch. I really try to not blind buy fragrance but I like all of those notes so I'm ready for it!!! I can't take a nice beach vacation but maybe I can smell like I did. 🌊🌞⛱️

I ordered the lost kingdom but haven’t gotten it yet. I have the originals of the other 2 palettes so don’t think it’d be worth purchasing the new ones.

Klarity does not pack well. They use cheep thin cardboard boxes . They think that all they need is a lot of bubble wrap . The boxes are way too big so delivery people think they aren't fragile . They also don't put fragile sticks on them They need to put corrugated cardboard around the palettes and bubble wrap as well .

Klarity cosmetics is a hard pass for me. I had the Komodo palette come shattered, and they would not exchange or refund me. I sent photos, offered to ship it back, and they only offered me a $10 off on something else. I am Not a creator, and should not have to “repress” shadows! I don’t even know how. If I spend my money on a palette, I EXPECT it to come in pristine condition or to get my money back or replacement. Unfortunately their formula is good, but I refuse to buy from them until they make the Komodo purchase right-which they won’t do. It’s a shame their business practices are so awful. Also, a couple of creators I watch said that this new collection came broken for them. I won’t buy from them

Hi Tricia, we wanted to respond to you regarding this comment as we see it has been copied and pasted on several RU-vidr videos. During the time that you ordered the Komodo palette (12/30/23) and reached out about damage (1/12/24), we responded on 1/15/24 apologizing for the inconvenience and offered a $10 refund for the damaged shade due to us not having anymore of the pigment in stock and not being able to reship a replacement shade. The palette was also out of stock at the time and the pigment was also on back order with the vender. We included all of this information in the email response to you. Your order also had route insurance on it, which also meant that you would receive a full refund for the palette outside of that the $10 refund from us directly. You never responded back to our email, and we still proceeded with the refund. It is truly disheartening that you continue posting this everywhere and making it appear that we did not do our best to help and assist due to something that was out of our control 😢

@@klaritykosmetics I have your response-there were actually 2 shades broken and I sent photos. You did not tell me it was out of stock. A $10 refund is not adequate as I spent way more on the palette, which was unusable as the broken shades got all over everything else. You had other options: let me send it back for a refund which you would not do. The bottom line is that you do NOT support your products when they arrive damaged, and now even creators are receiving broken shades in their palettes. I posted this on 2 people I follow, as it is a concern that you don’t offer to make things right when palettes arrive broken, and other customers should be aware of this as these palettes are not cheap. As a consumer I have the right to let people know how you handle people when your palettes arrive broken. I never received ANY refund from this purchase-insurance or not- which is another matter entirely. You did NOT do your best (which would be where I send the palette back and you refund the money).

You did NOT inform me that the palette was out of stock, and I NEVER GOT A REFUND from that so-called insurance! As a former customer, I have the right to tell others of my experience, and no amount of bullying from you will stop that. I posted this on 2 creators feeds, not everywhere. I still have the email, where you were less than kind about this-not even an apology that your product was smashed. The palette is unusable, and I lost my money. I am not a makeup content creator, just someone who likes makeup. I do follow several creators and at least 2 of these creators had shades come broken. This seems to happen a lot with your products. While these creators are gifted these palettes for review, which is fine, I am paying hard-earned money for them. It’s too bad, as your products are good quality. You should take better care of your customers in my opinion.

@@trdewey hi Tricia, please check your email. We will send over proof right now of your refund that was sent via Afterpay. Regarding Route, the customer has to file the claim and we are not notified unless Route replaces an order with us. If a customer opts for a refund instead Route does not notify us. We try our best to take care of anyone that has an issue with our products to the best of our ability, and also understand that sometimes things are out of our control. Unfortunately we don’t accept returns as noted in our policy on our site, but we make sure to work around that when something happens. Routes policy states they cover lost, stolen or damaged orders when the protection is added to your order. Did you reach out to them?

Sooooo, it seems to me that you never even followed up with the brand after they replied...if that resolution wasn't good enough for you why didn't you just file a claim with route ? I've literally used route several times and if I've ever had any inconvenience they have handled the issue at hand. Sincerely asking how is that you feel the brand is bullying you if they are only responding to a statement made against them. I'd think they have a right to defend themselves if the allegations are false no ?

I like arm swatches and a look that you are inspired to do when looking at the palette. No need for eye swatches. I think it is unnecessary and probably really irritates your eyes!
