The white flesh pink skined dragon fruit is mild tasting. Thats the one you are likely to see in your grocery. Sometimes it's a little bland. The red flesh pink skined fruit doesn't have much flavor at all. But the white flesh yellow skined fruit is where it's at. Very sweet but smaller than the others and have larger seeds. They are all easy to cut, peel and eat. I eat them all in various ways.
