wait this is a really really cool game but I think it would be a lot more fun adding a wallrun mechanic it would add more level/maps and more variety to the game. I can't wait for this game to drop, happy game making!

Love you shwerpy, you gave me so many memories in a hard time so thank you for that. I don't mind that you don't upload brawlhalla anymore, honestly I don't enjoy it the same anymore either. Hope you continue doing what you like and having played roblox with friends I have to say your ideas look much cooler and more thought out than anything on Roblox which is very glitchy, unpolished or rarely updated games. I just finished watching some older videos of yours, eggsoup and others and I'm very happy you guys are studying/graduating and are generally happy. I haven't checked if this is on Roblox right now but if it is I'll call up my friends to play. Just one question, after this Roblox project do you plan to work on anything else? Don't forget that even though not many fans type these messages they still feel the same way so if you feel alone or stuck know we're always going to support you. (Sorry if my english is bad)

Standalone games off of ROBLOX are not in the current near future plan, but on ROBLOX not only am I doing this platformer, but I'm also doing an asymmetrical horror game, AND a rogue like game afterwards. Lots of stuff to come that I will post about when I have more progress! Thanks for watching my videos over the years though and sticking with me, it's been quite the journey!

I remember when you first got into beatboxing and were planning to go to college and stuffs. Becoming a dev and doing so much more. I watched your brawlhalla content like a religion because I enjoyed it so much, but that was 3-5 years ago. I just started playing again and I started thinking of my old beloved GOD lol. I wanted to see if you still posted. Welll I think I've been plesently surprised, I mean, you're doing all the thing you wanted. You've improved on all of them AND you still post. I stopped playing brawlhalla consistently after the 2d year, and I've tried many times to get back in but it never stuck. Although, it's my 5 year now and I'm actually enjoying it again. Tier 58 on the battle pass and looking to buy it, today actually. I just wanna thank you (PLS DON'T BE LAZY READ IT THX) for all the laughs and passion lol, screamer. So if I understand correctly, the maps are partially randomly generated but because the code that randomly generates them is different, some maps are harder than others
Basically yes! Each map has their own set pieces and structure that are in and of themselves randomized between one another, but each map still ends up unique from every other map. You'll basically never play the same level twice unless you force the seed
Hey shwerpy I know u be busy man but if you see this I wanted to ask if you think a computer science degree is ideal for game development. I started working towards mine and I've had a few doubts, I don't wanna accidentally commit to something that's wrong for me.
@@xHarlequinn From my experience, game development seems like something that you can just learn on your own on the side of whatever you're studying. This includes computer science, and that's what I ended up doing. If you wanted to study directly game design, you can, and I'm sure your college would have a better program than mine (our game design sucked which is why I'm more biased towards just doing CS) but again, game dev to me from experience feels like something one can really teach themselves slowly on their free time and just have fun with. If you don't have the time or motivation to do that though, maybe doing game design in college is the move so you're sort of "forced to". Otherwise, definitely go for computer science!
